"I love this place. I have been coming here for years. I used to live nearby but now I am way in the suburbs. However I always make a point to stop by when I'm in the area. The place has a cool fun ubeat vibe. The service is very fast. The staff fly through making the orders. They quoted me 15 min for my waffle. I went to the restroom and when I walked out it was waiting for me. The slush is perfect to the last drop and the mochi waffle tastes like a happy dream. I love this place"

"Have passed by Picasso so many times and didn't realize the hidden gym it was! Staff is so kind and service is great. This place reminded me of bakery 1908 on a smaller more intimate level. They have trays for you to serve your treats on, all which come individually packed! They even offer samples of some of their best sellers. I went on a Wednesday and they had select treats that were buy one get one free. I sampled the snowing cream cheese bread which was so good, nothing like anything else I've ever tasted! I got coconut organic charcoal bread and the coconut pumpkin bread. The coconut pumpkin bread was more of an organic pumpkin flavor, not as sweet, with the bread itself being nice and soft. The coconut charcoal bread was also pretty good and just so interesting as it's black bread with a yellow inside with coconut flakes!This places has tons of other goodies like cakes, coffee, and entrees! Definitely have to come back."

"Came here on a Thursday night for some grub and someplace new. There is some limited parking nearby in the back or street parking. When you walk in, there is a kiosk for self ordering. I ordered the poke bowl and some water. The establishment is actually quite spacious. I'm not sure if it accomodates large parties but it had long tables against the wall to sit. In the way of service, very minimal interaction with the staff but my poke bowl was very good and tasted fresh. As an aside, I loved the music that was playing at the time. It was a fun vibe and my meal was enjoyable. Curious of other offerings they have so may go back and see. I lean towards the poke bowls but it looks like their menu was pretty extensive so will have to pay better attention and maybe order some new things next time!"

I usually always go for the strawberry yogurt slush here which I still love, but I have been trying different things the last few times. I have recently tried the green grape tea slush with coconut jelly and then the black grape tea slush with coconut jelly. Love them both! I did the berry cheese foam tea. It was alright. I would try it again without the cheese foam. I love the ease of ordering when we come here. Sometimes we order from the kiosk and sometimes on the app. The drinks come out quick either way. I've seen the nice interior in photos in the past, but on this particular day it appeared that it was not being very well maintained/cleaned. The cushions that line the benches were all disheveled, tables were dirty with scraps and wrappers, the bathroom was being blockaded by a storage bin... kinda weird.Anyway, we got our drinks within about 15 minutes. I ordered the mango pomelo with cheese foam and mango popping boba. My husband got the creme brulee milk tea. They came in quality cups with cute kitty ears on the lids. Luckily both of our drinks were delicious and we enjoyed them. Our baby really liked staring up at the pretty ceiling and lights. However, I could not change his diaper there when needed because of the weird bathroom situation and no changing table. As a new mom, these are definitely things I'm noticing more these days.There is a parking lot around the back and you can cut through the side alleyway for easy access (just look for the big Moge Tee mural)."

"I don't really go downtown. I should have done a little more research. There is no convenient parking. You have to park in a garage ($15 flat rate). I later found out they offer valet parking Wednesday-Saturday. It's a small, laid back, space themed location. I missed the sign at first look. Once you enter you will see the menu on the wall. To the right the ordering stands. Once you place your order, you get your own drink from the fountain, then you sit and wait. They do offer beer and wine. That's a plus. I wanted to try a burger. Unfortunately they were out of buns. I was forced to try their baos. I wasn't too sure but I am glad I did. The cashier's recommendations were a hit. I ordered the Martian Munchies (Brussels sprouts), the "Mojo", Astro Pig, and the Rebel baos. All very flavorful and well seasoned. I loved the textured and taste of the baos buns. First time trying them. I will have to go back to pick a favorite. I really enjoyed all of them. I will definitely be going back."

"Neo must be asian for bland! I was not impressed. We went in and ordered at the counter as that's what the guy directed us to do. Then another group came in and they sat them down and gave them menus and they ordered like they were in a restaurant. We literally stood at the counter reading the menu rushing to decide while others were seated and got to casually browse the menu and order from the server. WTF? Then the food came and the Pad Thai was piping hot, but they forgot to add the flavor packet. I felt this is what it would be like if it was Pad Thai night at the Senior Living Facility. Blando Calrissian must be the Neo Style Chef. The Bahn Mi was good and the bread wasn't bad, but the veggies had virtually zero pickling. Maybe they forgot and pickled them that morning for lunch service. Or mixed up distilled vinegar with distilled water. Service once we sat down was ok, but I'm glad we paid at the counter so we could GTFO of dodge without having to wait to pay the bill. It definitely got slower once we had our food and more people showed up. The servers didn't stop by any more.It had potential and some other stuff may be good, but there are plenty of other options with flavor and good service around."

"Stopped into Frosty Fox for a little treat before heading down to Lake Baldwin Park for an afternoon stroll. I saw that they had refreshing fruit mojito mocktails on their menu which I was very excited about since I've been trying to limit my caffeine intake during pregnancy. They have yummy flavors like pineapple, mango, strawberry, lychee, and my personal fave, passionfruit. I'm a sucker for anything passionfruit these days and it did not disappoint! My husband went with their Korean iced coffee and which was strong and delicious. I took a few sips -- yum! He was definitely buzzing from the caffeine afterwards. We also decided to try their new brown sugar croffles topped with boba (waffle pressed croissants) and the strawberry egg puffle. The puffles are pretty big and come stuffed with gelato with your choice of 3 toppings. We got fruity pebbles, butter cookie, and strawberry pocky. The puffle was my favorite and it was perfect for sharing. After fueling up on caffeine and sugar, we were ready to embark on our long walk around the lake lol. As I near the end of my pregnancy, I am definitely motivated by treats so I see more visits to Frosty Fox in the near future!"

For me, if you list them, there were probably more things wrong than right with True Taste, but the one thing that mattered, the chicken, was truly good.....so upgrading to 4 stars. First, the good. Previous reviews criticized the chicken for being frozen. I don't know if the chicken was frozen. All I know is that the popcorn chicken took 10 minutes to cook to order. It was hot, crispy, juicy, and tasty. The chicken also came in a huge portion. Each portion is $6.99 (less if bought with combos). I thought there would be 5 or 6 little nuggets in each portion. Since we were starving and wanted to try different flavors, we ordered 3 portions. We were shocked when 3 huge tubs of chicken came out! The different "flavors" were a bit of a disappointment. They were just powdered toppings and kind of artificial tasting. Also artificial tasting? The bubble tea. This was some of the worst bubble I have ever had! I ordered the oolong tea. You could tell it was powdered and not fresh. At least 13 year old's vanilla flavor tea tasted a little better.The only seating are small counters and bar stools. It was fine for our quick late dinner, but this place might be better off with a few cafe tables and chairs. They do have the room. The lady at the counter did not speak much English but we were able to communicate well enough and she was eager to please. In summary, go for the chicken, not the bubble tea."
