We had an issue ordering online and using a local coupon the other day. The manager was so incredibly helpful in assisting us. She definitely went above and beyond. Food wise, everything was delicious as always. My usual order is the vegeFi on lettuce 'bun' and it never disappoints. I would also like to add that their fries are definitely on my top 5 'best fry' list;) The restaurant itself seems very clean and everyone always greets us with a smile.

Hurts me to say this because I'm a looooong time customer: my wife and I horrible burgers here today. The patties were nothing like they used to be. This is not an overstatement: supermarket frozen patties are better than what we had today. McDonald's patties are better too. I may come back one day to check if it was a one-time thing or a permanent change, but certainly not for a while. In time, service was good, store is always nice and clean. But what good is it if you're a place with Burger in the name and your patties suck?Very disappointing.

This is my second time here and about 5 years since the last time I was here. BurgerFi serves up classic smash burgers (which I love.) the burger comes with their own "burgerfi sauce." I thought the burger was great!! The fries reminded me of fries from a legendary Chicago fastfood place that i also love.

BurgerFi is a good spot located in Winter Garden to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch/brunch. The service was fast and efficient. The fries are delicious and very flavorful (well seasoned). The chicken tender was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. And, as for the burger, it was decent. I personally think the patty was not as juicy. But overall, good experience and enjoy the meal. The environment is very lively and definitely kid friendly since the franchise is in the center of downtown Winter Garden. There are a lot of cool places to check out as well.

Love BurgerFi and the service! Gabriel is fantastic and was very helpful and kind. The burger was excellent and the fries were crisp. Beer was cold, and BOGO during the day! Come here when crooked can is a bit busy to enjoy the atmosphere of DTWG!

$17 for a poorly made hamburger. Does not even include sides. If it was good then I would still pay the high price tag but it was horrible. Better to go to McDonalds and get a $2 burger, you will be happier.

My barber is in Winter Garden, so I decided to take a drive through downtown after my haircut. As I drove around the circle toward the end of Downtown on Plant Street, I saw a sign outside of Burger Fi advertising a Wagyu burger. I've heard so much about this elite beef, couldn't pass up the chance to sample a bite. Got the Wagyu burger, urban fries (herbs, Parmesan, aoli sauce) and a vanilla shake. I don't know whether Burger Fi has simply mastered the art of the burger or if it is the Wagyu, but it was delicious! Fries on point. Counter crew was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was a bit chilly. I had to go get my emergency sweater from the car. A little pricey, but I would, and will, do it again.1/17/20 - back again. CEO this time (double Wagyu). Ordered delivery for a couple of combo meals. It was prepared wrong and the drinks were not included in the delivery. First time ordering from Burger Fi. Also the last time. I can order from Five Guys for the same price and get a correct order every time.

Of the years eating at different BurgerFi franchises, tonight was absolutly the worst. One of the two so called burger buns was burnt on the bottom. The meat was thinner than from another burger business. The fries weren't cooked and was at least warm outside and raw inside. Had the throw this meal in the trash. What a wast of money.
