Whatever happened to this place?? Used to be SOOO packed every time when we visited prior. Seem to be slipping quite a bit these days.Only 2 other tables with diners when we arrived (7:40PM - Busy hours). Iced teas were NOT available at all. No longer are the lemonades. Also, gone are the condiment pump stations. Only the packets avaliable, combined on the tray. Then, the burgers were beyond well done to the dried out, pressed meat patties. Good job, you pressed the flavors out of the burger patties Now, I can see why the place is emptied and ran down. Uh oh......Word to the Management, "Inspect what your customers expect. And expect what your customers inspect. It's quite simple, called engagement, really.Hope our next visit will be better and not our last (Been your customers since the day you opened at this location).

BurgerFi is a great fast casual option if you are craving burgers. The staff is friendly and professional and the burgers are definitely pretty solid.They have various options, burger and otherwise, so there should be something that should capture your attention and after a few bites, I am confident that your taste buds will be won over by BurgerFi.The CEO is a great option to go with. Wagyu beef just makes the burger that much more indulgent. BurgerFi is a cool destination if you are craving a burger. I would definitely recommend this particular location of BurgerFi. I will give it five stars overall.

As we were going to get some dessert to go at Jeremiah's next door we decided to pop into Burger Fi. The restaurant was empty, clean and the staff was attentive. We ordered our food and sat outside on one of the many provided seating options(inside seating is available as well). The wait for the food was a little long, but they do make the burgers to order and it was fresh when we received it (except the fries which were a bit old). When the food arrived we dived right in and it was a flavor explosion with the BBQ Rodeo Burger! You got the tangy BBQ sauce, the fried onions, the delicious charred fresh jalapeno. This all together was one of my favorite burgers! But the true test is what a more plain burger tastes like so I tried my girlfriends Burger Fi Burger and it was still a delicious burger. All in all this is a frequent burger place for us now!

Just ordered takeout after a long time since having BF. A reminder of why I have t been back in awhile. Burger was absolutely terrible. A tiny sliver of lettuce and the smallest single slice of tomato. The bun was soggy and pressed thin. And the burgers were overly salty. The fries were soggy and tasted like the fry oil hadn't been changed in weeks. All this for $20. Are you kidding me BurgerFi? This is why I'm heading back to Five Guys, or even Culver's is better.

I repeated my order several times and still she got my order wrong. Specifically 2 burgers with lettuce and tomato and cheese. Only got the cheese. And they are greasy burgers on a wilted bun. How they do the business they do is beyond me. .the fries were terrible.......cold, greasy and over cooked. She did get one junior with no cheese correct. 3 burgers, a regular and a small fri and a milkshake and soda $35.00. Nuts. This is my third try at this place , I'm done. Unless you are a greasy fri and burger lover.......forget this place.

**DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY BURGER-FI !!!** **GO to FIVE GUYS instead**Very disappointing with Burger-Fi. This place was extremely overpriced. The meat on the double burger was equal or less than the double burger you would get from McDonalds. The fries was extremely disappointing. We ordered a large fries @ $9, was told it can feed 2 teen-aged kids but when we got home, the portion barely feed 1 kids. This chain choose profits over customer service, will NEVER come back to this place again...

KUDOS to the staff for providing supreme quality customer service! I ordered a Banana Churro Concrete Custard, and it was amazingly delicious! Thank you, Tyson, for providing me with a military discount! The ambiance is very trendy, and I was able to jam to the music provided! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business here in Windermere, FL!

absolutely disgusting served me a raw burger, and I didn't realize it until halfway through and now I can't get it out of my head.

I'm walking a knife's edge. On one hand I love this place. On the other hand if you want to hear George Washington screen, pay for it. I just find it obnoxious when a meal for 2 at a burger joint hits $48! That's just a bit crazy for me. My problem is they do their burgers really well. Shakes are impressive. Fries amazing. Onion rings, please give me another order!This is love / hate!

We love BurgerFi! Always consistent and delicious. We appreciate the high chairs & at our last visit we were grateful to the manager who helped us carry the high chairs from inside to outside. We love the BurgerFi burger and the parmesan and herb fries. My kids love the hotdogs and chicken tenders.
