Very good burgers at a fair price, but the fries, they Rock...! I'm not from here, so I am glad Yelp found this place for me.

Never heard back from: no reply from anyone. Doesn't seem like a coincidence that this chain has subsequently filed for bankruptcy...

Had lunch here. This is a quick service style restaurant. The person that took our order was very friendly and the burgers were pretty good. I really liked the fries as well.

This location has lots of seating with an attached parking lot with lots of spots! The inside was clean and spacious. When we arrived we were greeted and opted to use the touchscreen to order. It worked well but there was no numbers or cups nearby and it took a bit to find those items. Once we were seated they brought our food to us and overall I was pretty happy with the quality. The burgers are definitely better quality than McDonald's and my boyfriend and I kind of agreed they are on a similar level to Five Guys, just less greasy than Five Guys. The cheeseburger was my favorite and it tasted really good! I got The CEO and was a bit disappointed. I don't know if it was just who made it, but there was very little truffle aioli, garlic aioli and tomato jam on it. I could taste the cheese and burger, and occasionally would taste a small bit of aioli, but I was expecting much more flavor from the combination. The fries and onion rings were also tasty! They tasted very fresh and were crispy. There are a couple of options for added seasoning that sounded good. We just got them plain but I would be interested in trying one of the seasoning options.

Their burgers are one of my favorites! Unfortunately I did not enjoy It this time my burger and my onion rings were both cold .. I have had these at other locations and it's been so yummy ! The onion rings are great with the burger fi sauce!!

Love the food and the options. We ordered burgers and their specialty topping fries (parmesan herb) at the Lake Mary location. They also have nice dessert options for shakes and things like that. They have the cool soda machines as well for soft drinks.My only complaint about our experience was that the restaurant and tables were dirty. They need to spend more time wiping things down in between customer.

Came in for a quick dinner for my very hungry 10 and 12 year olds. $40 for 2 burgers, 2 waters, 2 fries with a .57 side of ranch... only to wait over 30 mins for (they somehow lost the order) and then forgot to toss the ranch in the bag, along with pickles on the burger. Not worth it, and this is why I don't enjoy tipping places like this up front. Perhaps if they had to earn their tips, the customer service would improve drastically.

It saddens me to even review this. I used to come here once a week a few years ago and had nothing but good things to say and great experiences. Unfortunately that was not the case. The staff was very unfriendly, made no effort to communicate in anyway but only relied on the self service screen to do all the work, seemed more like we were an inconvenience. We had to go to the counter several times for missing items. The dinning area was very messy for only having a couple tables filled. The floor was very greasy, I was actually sliding while trying to get ketchup and go to the bathroom. It's very unfortunate but this will no longer be my go to while in lake Mary.

Very pricey and small servings. Nothing exciting to rave about. There are better burgers elsewhere. Atmosphere wasn't inviting. Even the shakes are overpriced.
