Burger King

Ok, so I went out of my way to try this not remodeled but completely rebuilt (they torn down the previous bldg) all new BK. Even thought there is plenty of other quality burger places in the area this was my lunch choice. Came around 12, lobby was not too busy but drive-thru was long. Cleanliness of Restrooms and lobby were okay. I choose to use the self order machines which was fine but I learned later I missed the "extra sauce" option for .13 (cents) which I learned of when I asked for an extra sauce and they made a huge deal out of it, well maybe if they had the catchup packets out I would not asked.all in all the food was Burger King. You could say it met my expectations, which were quite low. Fries were hot. Onion rings were cold and sauce that I did get was OK. The whopper taste like a whopper like the always have so if you're a fan of that, then this will meet your expectations.

Thank you Carl for making this an enjoyable visit! In February 2025 I needed a snack as I headed to a friends house. I decided to use the drive-through service at Burger King. I decided to pick a small chicken wrap. Call told me through the drive-through that he tasted the right before, and he thought it was excellent. When I pulled up to the drive-through to pay for the items, he greeted me with a smile, and wished me a good day. As I waited for my food at the second window, Carl noticed I was waiting a while behind a vehicle with a large order. Carl hand delivered by chicken wrap to me in the drive-through. I understand we all go through busy times at one our food immediately, but I really do appreciate Carl and his service!

My son got me some breakfast this morning. He brought me a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The sandwhich was smaller, soggy, not very appetizing, and expensive, $18.00 for two sandwhiches and two hashbrown with no drinks.

What is wrong with this brand!!! Never ever can you get good service. Pull up in the drive through 7 pm Friday and no service. It's like why are they even open. As a kid loved the whopper but just can't get one these days. So disappointing.

Management needs to hire more employees to work instead of being cheap and trying to save in costs. The one or two employees are doing everything by themselves! Do better :(

Horrible experience The spyci chicken sandwich was raw .Try calling 4 different times and no one answered the phone and the call just kept dropping.

Good evening I just wanted to share my experience went to this Burger King this afternoon. The service was outstanding went inside as soon as I enter the door a young man said welcome to Burger King. You rule. That was very nice. He took my order repeated it back to make sure everything was correct and also asked if I would be interested in getting a Hershey's pie or delicious cookie. The food came out piping hot. The burger was nice and juicy. The fries were crispy hot and delicious. This is a place you need to go.

I went here and the service was good. i had a mishap with my food and the manager Sharon was so helpful! she apologized to me about the food and made sure that my food was nice and fresh. i was having a bad day but sharon really helped brighten it by her kindness and patience.

Terrible service, the person working inside seemed drunk or high. Only 1 person in front of me and the wait time was horrendous. I had to repeat myself multiple times because the person couldn't remember or understand my order. He kept my card for longer than usual, seemed a little suspicious. Maybe the person is new and needs more training but something needs to be done.

I was behind 3 cars at the drive through which took me 45 minutes to finally get my food. Checked my bag and fries were missing, so i had to wait longer to get fries. I got home and they gave me regular chicken fries not the spicy hot i ordered. They need better management. I wont be back!
