Burger King

2nd update.. so bad my dog wouldn'teat the meat patty...**Update.. i just bit into it and spit it out. It taste like dirt grill. They should be reported to the health dept. ****NEW PHILLY.. HORRIBLE!!@ Also was given a watery strawberry shack..WTF.. this way I don't go to burger king or McDonald's. Service horrible as well .. waited almost 10min for service in drive-through with no line.. why?

The food was horrible. The meat had no color or flavor to it. The onion rings tasted stale or raw. It took awhile for someone to take our order. The only thing I enjoyed was my Coke.

Placed a drive thru order for breakfast and arrived at 10:20, nobody answered the window so at 10:25 I went inside to try and make sure I didn't miss the 10:30 breakfast window, standing at the pickup counter I was ignored as dine in customers ordered so I had to enter the dine in line, mid sentence while I explained I was waiting for a drive thru order that nobody answered she cut me off and asked the name on the order, walked away for another 5 minutes then came back to say nothing and wave me out of the dine in line, it's 10:40 and I've been standing here in pajamas like an idiot waiting, who knows if I'll receive my food she hasn't given any indication as to whether it's being made or anything really, pretty sure someone picking up an Uber order walked out because they'd been ignored for so long, good luck getting food here

No just no. Me and my dad got a kids chicken nugget meal and a whopper that was 11 dollars and we didn't even get the burger. We have the receipt and everything they were very rude I do not recommend going to this place do not go to this place we spent 20 dollars and all we got was some stupid chicken nuggets where's our burger ? Photos are done here with the receipt and no. We did not eat the burger we never got it.

this is the worst Burger King ever!we were trying to add a sandwich at the window and the cashier lady said no you can't. 1st I used to be a manager for Burger King just a way better one than this one. we have never refused to add a sandwich. these people in this place are lazy and worst customer service ever! not to mention their food is never on point. if I was to weight the burger it would be completely wrong. they barely put anything on the sandwich. I'm talking about the whopper! this location should seriously shut down with the worst service they have there! I will be speaking to the store manager and if they don't care I know their bigger people then them and will contact their supervisor.I would give no stars for them

We were pulling up to the Burger King and a Spanish lady had a bad attitude and called my Aunt a N word and we pulled off and the Spanish lady and the girl that was trying to apologize was laughing with the girl that called us the N my Aunt is very offended and we will take legal action if the girl who called us the N word we will take legal action unless you make a video saying that you are wrong and making us offended for us blackness we will forgive IF you say sorry if not we will take serious legal action

Terrible people who lied and said I have to purchase more items to get my free reward that literally says no purchase necessary. Ambiance was trashy and not one person spoke English even though we are in America. Asked to speak to a manager as to why I had to purchase several items to get my free reward when it says no purchase necessary she couldn't speak English or explain anything or even give me a reason don't go here.

Terrible customer service, incomplete order, everything in a single bag, and the napkins thrown away, bad service when taking payment, zero stars not recommended for shopping with the family, even the children complain about the bad service 11/03/24 shift afternoon, 5:45pm
