Easy solid three for the fast friendly service. You know, there was a time Burger King would get about half of my fast food spend but I only ever do them once or twice a year anymore, if that. Too many not so good experiences.Came in for the spicy chicken fries, and yeah, they were pretty good. Nicely spicy. They're surely not chicken with the heat. On the other hand, the "slider" sized Whopper Jr. was stale. Meh. ...but the fries were okay and they use Heinz ketchup which is a plus for me. Yumn enough.

This place is a prime example of how a simple transaction is made complicated. I order food on line. I proceed to the restaurant. I bypass the drive thru speaker and go straight to the window. I immediately noticed the employee, who later identified herself as Jessica, was ignoring me. She eventually addresses me. And she asks me a question she already knows the answer to, did I order from the speaker. I explained to her I placed the order online. She then tells me I have to go back round and tell her this info on the the speaker. I ask why and she proceeds to spew out some nonsense on how she needs to hear the order on her headphones in order for the order to be placed. I explained that the order has already been placed online. She asks my name, I tell her and she says she does not see my order. And tells me once again to drive around and place the order thru the speaker. At this point I'm annoyed and tell her to cancel the order. She tells me I need to drive around to the speaker to cancel the order. I tell her how ridiculous that sounds. Meanwhile in the background I hear her co-worker tell her my order is ready. She then tells me to park in front of the restaurant and my order that she previously said she didn't have would be brought out to me. I said no I want to cancel the order. Jessica then turns around and tells the co-worker that I cancelled the order. I drive off and go across the street to McDonald's and got my food there, with no complications and no time wasted arguing with a fool. I don't know if Jessica is her real name but his happened at around 9am Saturday 10/26/2024. She is a heavy set fair skinned Black woman with heavy make-up. She either needs more training to learn how to do this simple job or placed in a different position that doesn't require interaction with the public or terminated.

I have no idea what made me decide that a whopper was worth coming here. Because it isn't. I am shocked this business can even run... or if they are working hard to get it shut down because the service is absolutely terrible. The employees could care less about you and your time. Pass.

I know that this isn't a norm for this location, but I honestly had a great experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and when I asked for a few minutes to look over the menu, the cashier said no problem. There were three folks working, on working the drive thru and the register, and two in the kitchen. I ordered two whoppers with no tomatoes, and one without mayo. The restaurant was clean, and my order took less than 10 mins (they helped four other drive thru customers while I was there). It was my first time inside a Burger King, and my first time trying a whopper, and I actually loved it lol.

I ordered food and when I went to pay, I showed them the coupon I had. They had to redo the whole order because I was supposed to tell them about the coupon beforehand. They should put a sign out there if that's the case.And the drive thru lady wasn't even kind about it. So much unhappiness was coming out of that place. And then the chicken nuggets were WAY too hard! Boo!

Poor service can't get an order right even if your telling them in person ... I didn't say anything I just took it ... ask for ketchup get 2 ask for sal and pepper get 2 ask for sauces get one even if you order multiple items that it comes with... this place I can't understand how it hasn't closed down yet...
