Burger King

Service is good, staff are friendly, could be cleaned better. Also maintained better, I went to the bathroom recently and almost couldn't see in there. Almost all the fluorescent lights above are burnt out! Burger King needs to maintain their restaurants much better in my opinion. Been to a few and nowadays they're all falling apart.other than that the service is great by the staff and this location hasn't messed up any orders or anything, which is pretty good considering some of these fast foods do mess up a lot on orders. Keep up the good work and I hope the company reinvests in itself for everyone's sake there.

Worst Burger King in existence... 25 minutes to get two sandwiches from the drive-thru. Apparently they only have one employee working in there... She got very upset when I asked why it was taking so long. Do not recommend this place...

um let's see. The drive through is dirty. The windows have cobwebs that have cobwebs. It needs a good pressure wash. But a whopper is a whopper. Always good even if it's almost 600 calories. Ugh. They have an app too with cool discounts. unfortunately this particular BK is dated and in jewd of a make over

It's 722 in the am and the workers are outside and haven't opened the store lol!!!! What kind of foolery is this?

The employees here need to take their jobs much more seriously. Many people are job-searching who would do a tremendous job bringing this dump's review ratings up comparable to Orange City's.Customers make the employees' jobs possible. Customers are not to be treated as annoyances! The girl at the drive-thru last Sunday morning and her distraction cohort need to be replaced immediately. Are they even being supervised?? And the parking lot could use a major cleanup. Why is it still a mess early in the morning?? And how can the same empty aluminum can be sitting on the drive-thru ledge for FOUR DAYS?? Management is just as much to blame as the employees here.Sunday morning's visit was not only poorly handled from a customer service standpoint, but the breakfast burrito was inedible, it was such as sopping mess!Orange City has a BK that gets much better ratings than this failing Debary BK location, as does the Deltona BK (on Elkcam). This location is in trouble with competition within shouting distance coming from IHOP, McDonald's, Waffle House, and now the new Hardee's where the customer service is extraordinary! These BK employees should take notes from them - that Hardee's location is managed quite effectively.I filled-out the BK online survey from the receipt this morning prior to starting work. I have yet to be contacted by management from this failing location.

I never eat at Burger King but since I'm on the road driving back home I thought I'd stop in to get a quick bite. First mistake. I found it extremely rude that the employees Park up front by the building taking up the prime spaces. And when I went inside to place my order it's as if I was interfering and their day-to-day routine of doing nothing. I ordered the number 5, they gave me the number six, and there was no ice in the ice machine. I found the outside of the restaurant to be completely filthy, and inside the place could use a coat of paint and somebody could probably sweep and mop the floor once in awhile.

Best hot dog stand of all time. Lasagna on point to 10 out of 10. Next wedding reception will be held here. Drinks are second to none. I've never had corn syrup this good.

The woman handling the drive thru was not wearing a mask!!! On top of that she was either chewing or eating something with her mouth open as she opened my bag put my sandwich in and scooped the hashbrowns with her bare hands. None of this seems compliant with recent health codes. Will not go to that burger kind again. wear a damn mask you don't what someone is going through & how you could be harming them!! Common decency

DO NOT GO HERE! Go literally anywhere else. I just went through the drive thru. Ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese croisandwich and 3 French toast sticks. In my bag... 1 French toast stick, no syrup, 4 hash browns, 2 sausage egg and cheese croisandwich. Like what?! The woman working the drive thru was so strung out. She moaned and complained every time she moved her arm, most likely from all the needles she stuck in it all night/morning. What is happening here?! Disgusting. Not even worth going back in to get the right food. It would probably come with meth. Don't worry, I already am disputing the $14 charge on my card and canceled the card.

Terrible. Workers look and act sloppy. Food is terrible. Noticed they DO NOT wear gloves when handling food. Stay away!
