From the moment we walked into Bull & Bear, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed right away. The atmosphere was perfectly set, creating an upscale yet comfortable dining experience. The food was outstanding, with thoughtful details that made the meal even more enjoyable--like the two different bread options to start. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the escargot gnocchi was such a unique and delicious dish. One of the highlights of the night was the dessert, especially the lemon creation--it was unlike anything I've seen before, with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors.Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience!

Pretty disappointed. I've been wanting to come here for a while and when my friend asked if I wanted to accompany her, I said of course. The service started off great and they were very attentive. After putting a starter in we were asked if we'd like to put our main entrees in and we said we weren't ready. A few minutes later someone else came and asked if we were ready. Feeling rushed at this point, we put our entrees in. Then after being rushed, an hour passed and no entrees. We asked someone walking by, who happened to be the manager, who checked and said it was being plated. For the food: Tomato Salad: Delicious. It was so fresh and I love that they make the burrata look like a tomato.Filet: I loved the charred outside, but I expected it to be tender and melt in my mouth. I had to make multiple cuts to get a piece of steak and although it looked cooked to a perfect medium rare, it was very chewy.Applewood Bacon Mac n Cheese: I really enjoyed it, but something I'd have to order again, no.I ate maybe half of my steak, so I had it packed up. The waiter switched my friend and I's steak, so instead of having half a filet, I got the one piece she had left over. This place is not cheap, so coming home and seeing that did not make me happy.

This was a last minute reservation that we are very happy with. The food was incredible, service was great and the ambiance was perfect for our baby moon. Favorite appetizer: pasta explosion. Only wish it was a main dish because I wanted more, the 5 pieces were a tease and delicious! Pass on the colossal shrimp, nothing special. I got the sea bass, it was good but the broccolini was impeccable! My husband enjoyed his meal as well, a bit salty but he likes that. They filleted the Dover at the table, took the bones back and cooked them, then brought them back to the table to eat. Interesting. The La Fraise, the table side prepped ice cream, was a great show, ice cream wasn't bad. Would come back for The Lemon dessert, it looked great!

We love this restaurant. If you're looking for a high end and delicious meal you should definitely make a reservation here. The service is always fantastic and the food and drinks are delicious! We enjoyed so many amazing things. Bread service (that brioche bread is incredible), tableside Cesar salad, wedge salad, corn chowder, fried chicken, sea bass and the Yellowtail. Everything was cooked to perfection with so many flavors and the presentations at the table just add to the experience. As soon as you sit down make sure to order a lemon for dessert. You will not be disappointed. It is something I dream about until I can visit again.

This may have been one of the best meals I've ever had. From the service to the fine details to the food itself, everything was just so wonderfully done. We went for a friends birthday, and every single staff member we encountered acknowledged his special day, there was even a birthday card from the restaurant on our table when we were seated. We ordered the wagyu carpaccio and table-side Caesar salad as appetizers and we both agreed that these may have been the best carpaccio and salads we've ever eaten. Next they bring out a selection of their homemade bread and rolls served with whipped butter, I think there were six options of which I chose two. Again, best bread service ever. I wanted to try more of the bread but I decided to save room for my steak. I ordered the filet and sauce flight, my friend had the dry-aged ribeye, and we had the creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and the loaded baked potato. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, very flavorful and tender. The sauces were phenomenal, and so were the sides. I usually cannot finish a whole steak, but it was so good that I finished it pretty quickly. We were both extremely full after dinner but the desserts looked way too good to pass up, plus it was a celebration! I ordered the creme brûlée, which was flambéed tableside and featured a layer of dark chocolate at the bottom.... I can't stop thinking about it, as it was the best I've ever had! My friend ordered the lemon, which is a whole lemon that's cooked in simple syrup; then the peel is candied to make it edible, the inside fruit is used to make lemon sorbet and lemon curd and mixed with chantilly cream and placed back into the candied peel, served with shortbread cookie....mind blown. Such a creative dessert and so amazingly delicious. Dining room is beautiful and upscale, very much a fine dining experience but not stuffy. Staff and management were all fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful. I absolutely loved this experience.

We visited Bull & Bear on a Sunday night to celebrate my friend's birthday. We arrived a little early and were seated immediately at our reservation time. The service here overall impressed me a lot. Everyone worked seamlessly together and spoke about the food with passion. The team there made it really easy to relax. The inside of the restaurant is very pretty. It's quiet, so you can definitely hear your companion, and the lighting is perfect. We were right by the window, and they moved the shades to keep the sun out of our eyes. This place had an incredible selection of wine. I had to lean on the team for a recommendation, and I was very happy with their recommendation. The amuse bouche was light and a lovely way to start the meal. We started with an order of fries and the beef carpaccio. On their own, each of these dishes is great, but we took the advice of one of the servers and wrapped the wagyu around the fries, and it was the most incredible experience. The fries were crispy and delicious and the wagyu melted in your mouth and shaved truffle complimented it all. Just brilliant. For mains, I got the iberico pork chop. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so lovely as well. It came with potatoes which were cut very thin and stacked, seasoned, and cooked. They were absolutely delicious and the texture was very unique. My companion got the escargot and gnocchi which was also excellent; the flavor balance was amazing, and it was a super decadent dish. We were both stuffed after dinner, but we couldn't resist THE LEMON! The lemon is unlike anything I've ever had. It's simultaneously rich and refreshing; really everything I would've wanted in a dessert.I'm so happy with the meal we have here. It was really worth every penny, and there's nothing else like it here in Orlando. I can't wait for another special occasion where I can go back and see what they'll be cooking up next.

I don't think this place is worth it. It fell short in almost every aspect including service. My husband and I dined here for our 7 year anniversary and we left so disappointed. We ordered the Caesar for two which was fun to watch and we really enjoyed the conversation we had with the young gentlemen making our salad table side. The salad fell short and was lacking flavor. Unfortunately, Outback has a better Caesar salad. My husband ordered the fried chicken which was the only thing I would recommend. The gravy was incredible and the chicken was very tender. Without the sauce, it too would be bland. I ordered a steak medium and it came well done. They offered a re-fire but I opted for the gnocchi instead. It ended up taking a long time to come out so my husbands plate went cold by the time my plate finally came out. Our anniversary wasn't enjoyable since we couldn't eat together. Service didn't seem to care about the inconvenience this caused. All in all, aside from the service, I just don't think it's worth it. The chicken was good and it's worth a try but nothing else was really worth the price point.

It was hard to get a reservation on Friday Dec 27,2024. I had to go through 5 different people just to get a reservation for 2 people. The service was impeccable. The food was super fresh and amazingly delicious. We ordered the colossal shrimp appetizer and table side cesar salad. The shrimps were full of flavor and fresh and delicious. The salad was a little salty . The bread was omg out of this world. For entry we ordered the Dover Sole and veal . They took the Dover sole and deep fried the fish bone which was the best thing on the menu . The veal was super tender of course because we were eating a baby cow. The dessert was the lemon which was ridiculously expensive 30$ .

What an awesome restaurant. Bull and Bear is an upscale restaurant located in the Wardolf Astoria in Orlando. From the front door to the dining table, B&B, does not dissapoint. The bartenders are fantastic. Recommendation for drinks, apps, and entrees are on point. I had the grill pork chop with scalloped potatoes and a side of asparagus. Pork chop was well seasoned with warm pink center. The scalloped potatoes was buttery and flavorful. I wish the portion was larger. The asparagus was fresh, but ok. I wish I had room for dessert. I will try dessert next visit. Check it out is in the area. Bon Apetit.

One of my favorite restaurant in Orlando. Amazing service and great food.We got the:Wagyu carpaccio: 8/10 delicious; would be better with some acid like capers or pickled somethingHalf order of fries: 7/10 crunchy but the sauces were the star. Actually our server wrapped the carpaccio on a fry and we dipped it in the sauces and it was delishRibeye: 10/10. super delicious and love the dry aged flavor! Came with bone marrow and roasted garlic which took it to another level. The cook had a slight sweetness too.Gnocchi and escargot: 10/10. Basil fed snails were so unique. Gnocchi were so pillowy and the mushroom and cream sauce complimented everything.Bread service: 9/10 various complimentary breads including brioche and seeded sourdough! Served with fresh butter yum! All I needed was a drizzle of honey and I'd be full from eating their bread.Amuse bouche: 10/10 gazpacho. Yum.Yuzu Ring: 10/10. One of the most balanced desserts I've had. Took me back to my memories in Japan. We also got a few drinks including a mezcal old fashioned (9/10) and the blossom (8.5/10)
