Buffet City

Staff is very outgoing and very prompt to make sure you having a great time eating here , place is trendy with lots of seatings and great for groups .Now when it comes to food there's very good selection of items , but the temperature of the food is cold in some items Very good price

My first time in Buffet City. My parents loves this place and I hear them talk about this restaurant all the time. We went right after church and wasn't too crowded. I love that they have oysters, shrimp and clams and all of the seafood. There are a lot of buffet options. I didn't get to try them all. I did like the raw oysters and salt and pepper shrimp. The low mein was good. The egg rolls were okay. They had all kinds of Chinese food, soup, salad and desserts. If you want cooked food, they have chefs that will cook it for you. The service was okay. The servers didn't smile or talk at all. The price point is good for a buffet and definitely a better buffet that I've had in a long time. The ambiance is simple and clean. Nothing fancy about this place.

We've been to this location several dozen times it's always good food but it's a buffet. It's a Chinese buffet as far as Chinese buffets go. It's pretty good. Is it five stars now no buffet ever will be five stars but it's definitely a four star buffet. I highly recommend going.

FAMILY BUFFET ADVENTURE!!!This is our go to place for Chinese +more buffet style eating.They have everything you can think of plus Sushi and Hibachi.The food is good for the price and the options are almost limitless!!!How engaging the servers are is hit or miss, depending on who you get, but most places like buffet's have the same challenge, but the plates are removed and the drinks are refilled speedily so that's a bonus in comparison to other buffets we have been to!!!I have tried many buffets in Polk county and this is by far the best.I didn't include pics b/c there are so many already!!!Cost: About 100$ for 5 people including drinks, add your tip and your fill of plates and enjoy!!!AS ALWAYS, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

If trying to accommodate a large variety of tastes it's decent. It's not recommended for sushi but the grilled food was nice.

Went with friends on New Year's Day, very clean and busy Chinese food buffet. Almost everything imaginable on the buffet lines. From the traditional Chinese food selection to roast beef and pork loin ( cut your own) , sushi, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream. The waitresses come by occasionally to check on you. The restaurant is in the middle of a large strip mall with a Publix nearby so there's plenty of parking.Will be going back to try some more of the delicious food offered at a later date!

Absolutely impressed with the large selection of fresh hot and ready food. Great service. A very clean eating environment Highly recommend; we loved our experience!

Being in a town full of chain restaurants and junk food, it's nice to get away from all that and go to buffet. Lots of selections. Great price and quality is not bad for buffet standard.

Everything is good for that price. Staff is very kind and responsive. No concerns. Firstly could find sushi there but realized that I'm blind. 62 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids... sounds like a gift

This place has changed so much over the years, and not for the better. The quality of the food is poor, the preparation is subpar, and the table service is lacking. At the end, we were even told "NO TIP??"Our server never checked on us for refills unless we specifically asked, and didn't bother to see if everything was okay. Yet, they seemed very concerned about the tip. The hibachi chef was rude, made the food sloppy with too much sauce, resulting in a soupy mess, and carelessly threw our plates on the counter. The meats at the hibachi station were not kept at the correct temperature and were sitting in bloody water and chicken water, which was unappetizing. They should at least drain the water.Many of the items on the buffet were stale, old, and cold. We were there for about 35 minutes, and during that time, they never restocked the lettuce at the salad bar or the shrimp, both of which had clearly been sitting out for hours. To top it all off, the fish pond reeked of hydrogen sulfide and desperately needed cleaning.The buffet is $16.99 per person, plus drinks, which is reasonable. However, the table service was non-existent, and our server received a zero tip, which upset her.This is my honest opinion, and I suggest you visit the place to judge for yourself. As for me, I will never be returning.
