Buffalo Wild Wings

These are one of these restaurants that has definitely been affected by Covid. We had to wait over 40 minutes to get a seat even thought there was plenty of open spots. The shortage of staff doesn't allow them to have full capacity so that's why it's a wait. The moment we sat down and took about 20 minutes for the waitress to come up to us and asked us what we wanted. I want to try the bird dog and the new Mountain Dew legendary. Unfortunately the mountains a legendary was out of stock. The bird dog that I ordered was the loaded bird dog and they gave me the honey instead. Overall I gave Buffalo wild wings or stars in them because they're in restaurant service but because of their take out. I honestly recommended if you wanted to do Buffalo wild wings that you do take out. The wait is a lot quicker and you don't have to worry about your order being wrong.

Worst wings I have ever had.....everTiny ,dry, overcooked, and terrible sauce. They must have worked very hard at making these so bad.

The manager on duty is incredibly unprofessional. After asking for the Michigan game to be put on, he was walking around a minute later with a waiter on 9/21 saying "fuck Michigan" "fuck USC" and "fuck the big 10". I'm sitting at a table with 61 year old father and 9 year old nephew and this is what's being said in the middle of the dining room. I'll never be back to this location and will be letting everyone know this is the Buffalo Wild Wings culture.

I have been trying to give this location a new chance for the past few years. Unfortunately, every time I come back, it's just worse. My party was 6 people and we came to watch a play off football game. The entire streaming system was terrible the whole first half of the game. Why didnt they check it beforehand? During halftime, everything seemed to working fine but then once the third quarter started, the managers, mainly Sophia, turned the audio off. Our party asked if they could turn it back on and she declined. Said it would mess with the whole system but it literally worked during all of halftime. Although our server did okay, he lacked in service. Every time I checked, he was running around doing his job but the manager on duty, Sophia, stood in the corner and didn't offer to help him when he was in the weeds. Just overall disappointed with the location. Ill go out of my way to go to a further location to give them my business.

The food was delicious and came quick. We had honey bbq, mango habanero, and mild wings tossed in fry lemon pepper. The service was great. Our server Zen was really sweet and the bartender made making drinks (I think her name was Kristen or Caitlin!). The ambiance was a sports bar and we had a good time.

Hey you guyssssss!! If you're looking for a great atmosphere to watch the game or games this is the spot. Rachel was our server and she was on point! The jerk boneless were a hit! The sauce choice are literally endless! The burger with Chile YUM! Lots if beer options amongst other cocktails. Total low key sports bar vibe to just chillax!

Don't waste your time!! Walked in at 10:10p with no one waiting to be seated and 50 minutes later we still weren't seated. This is due to at least 12 dirty tables. Asked the hostess if she couldn't help them clean? She said NO. She also said the servers purposely leave them dirty so they can't be seated. Another person waiting pointed out 6 empty tables and she said that server already had 5 tables; however, you could visibly see they all received food and was just watching the boxing match. Another party waiting asked for a manager, he came out and said they'd get them cleaned. After another 10 minutes and now 20 people waiting, one the server brought the entire trash can to the table we decided to head out and go to Graffiti Junktion. Enclosed picture of the hostess walking back and forth to check if tables were still dirty and one of the tables.

Been a minute since I last reviewed this place, and to be honest we stopped going for a few years. Fast forward to now, and I must say management had to have changed to see what this place has become. Service is consistently great. The food has also definitely improved. The wings are always cooked properly - crispy, but not overcooked, sauced properly and a good value all things considered (if you aren't aware, food costs have skyrocketed in the last 4 years). The tenders (hand-breaded) are much better than the boneless wings (frozen). The burgers are surprisingly very good. Beer is always ice cold. Glad to see they have turned things around.

FoodThe sign in the building said Buffalo Wild Wings. You would think that that should be something they can be proud of. The sauce was pretty good BUT the wings you would think would stand out were the smallest we have ever seen. Sorry to say the price was a joke for what we received. Service Time was about 1:30 pm. There was one people dealing with everyone sitting at tables. He knew his business. Very knowledgeable. If there was one more person on the floor he might have made it back to the table to refill ours drinks. One of the meals had to be sent back because they didn't put any sauce on wings.AmbiancePlace was clean but very cold. I know that's a trick to people to eat and get out. We both felt that at a place where you eat with your hands that there would be napkin dispensers on the table.

Overall the service was good. The poor server was all alone in the dining room with 5 tables and 1 being a large group. Now, the food is a different story. Fries were amazing, but the wings, however, were cold and definitely overcooked. The sauces tasted strange, it's hard to explain what they tasted like, but it wasn't normal. (We got Buffalo ranch, Spicy garlic, Parmesan garlic and Asian zing.) I was hopeful that things were different since the last time I was here, but no...when you go to a wing place, you should expect to have good wings.
