Please take the survey and let corporate know the oil they are using is nasty. The food is being cooked on OLD oil. Food turned out extra greasy and overcooked looking. Just yuck! Our server even said that corporate doesn't care. Good quality down hill big time. Listen BWW, you need more servers and bussers, you need a quicker turnaround to get food out of the kitchen and to not use OLD rancid oil. I normally give this place 3 stars but today is a one. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken tots and the tots were almost burnt. Sent back to the kitchen and a female manager came back out with the tots and told us it's the oil, so hubby got the sampler platter and the only thing edible was the nachos. Just overall not a good trip.

No tots, no Coors light on draft, super annoying hot shot basketball game on the corner for kids to play. Slow service to many other places to go. Walked in to blank stares as if surprised we are came. Saw the waitress occasionally. Food slow and poor. Someone needs to remind the management the goals of success.Again so slow........ Friday night empty should have known. If they do nothing else take the hotshot game out of the bar

We Decided to come on national cheeseburger day. The wife and I choose the All-American cheeseburger. The meals come with fries, but you can upgrade the sides for an additional cost so one of the meals we upgraded to was cheese curds for an additional $3.00. Washed it all down with my favorite drink an Arnold Palmer! Since it was national cheeseburger day, we received a deal for buy one burger get one free. Total coat was $21.23. The service was good but I did get a whiff of a sour mop & the noise level wasn't that loud surprisingly . It was a great cheat day.

We had a long day of travel; was looking for a place to have a late night snack and beverage. Sat at the bar not long before closing. Shay was our bartender/server. Fantastic service, awesome conversation. Top 5 B-dubs experiences for us.

I was just at this establishment and if your not a regular you shouldn't go there. I was sitting at the bar minding my own business, I had a Bears jersey on and all of a sudden this guy yells out ( Fuck the Bears ) why? Then he has people he knows start crap with me, some little 4 foot nothing squares off with me. I'm a 67 year old man, why would he? I know because they're regulars I'm at fault. I've been there with my two sons for a lot of games last year and this year 7 games. Never again will my sons and I be back. Shame on this establishment for there customers treating me this way. I hope a real manager sends me a message or an owner would be better. I know I'm not a regular so this will never happen but it's worth a try.

I came here to pick up a late night dinner during my layover. Even though it was midnight, there were still quite a few tables dining in, and a handful of people picking up. I ordered online and set the time I wanted to pick up at, and my order came out exactly on time. I had ordered 10 traditional garlic parmesan wings with a side of fries. The wings were pretty garlicky and good, but the sauce was just a tad too salty. I was disappointed in the fries though. They tasted pretty stale and were barely warm. The ranch that came with the order definitely made the meal more enjoyable. It was nice of them to give hand wipes too.

Food was good, but my wings were not hot when they were served. I came here to redeem my birthday reward for 6 wings. It was not until I had consumed 3 that I realized there were only 5 on the platter. We had to wave a different server down to let them know that we needed more beverages. They did bring the missing wing. Our server stopped by as we were finished eating, but not before. They were having service issues tonight as it took 11 minutes from when we were sat until our server stopped by. Also, as we were sat by the takeout counter, I watched people wait 5-10 minutes before they were assisted and a few people left before being waited on.

All you can eat boneless Mon and Wed. Service was terrible. Never got sec round. It was busy.

I got great food but the staff isn't really that attentive. They forget to bring sauces, beverages , etc. The small things matter too and definitely ruin the experience a bit. And then the person taking us to the table was dressed like a thug and made me feel uncomfortable. Absolutely unprofessional

Service here was horrible! The hostess was nice but that was the only person we talked to. Several staff members walked by our table multiple times without even greeting us. Even when it looked like they were done with other guests they still wouldn't stop by to take our drink order. I will most likely never return to this BWW.
