Buffalo Wild Wings

Went here to get the $20 bundle with 15 boneless wings, 5 chicken tenders and a large fry. My experience started with trying to order online and the online platform not working. I proceeded to call and the girl told me it was "online only" for that bundle but that she'd go ask the manager if she could just do it since the online website wasn't working. After a few minutes she told me I was "out of luck" and there was nothing they could do. That was already a red flag honestly and I shouldn't have even ordered but I decided to try the app to see if that would work. The order ended up going through and it said it would be ready at 6:40 pm. I arrived at 6:43 and the girl told me it would be out in "2 minutes".... 20 minutes later it came out. When we got home we opened the bag up and the fries were cold and unseasoned. The sauces were literally so flavorless we couldn't tell if it was blue cheese or ranch... they were also watery? The boneless chicken flavors were also very mid. The only good one was medium. The chicken tenders were given to us wrong. We ordered honey bbq and they gave them to us plain so that was so also really disappointing. Overall I won't be returning. Management seems like they don't really care about the customer, wait time was 20 minutes over, food was cold and unseasoned and they got part of our order wrong. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I placed an order online for pickup. Got to the restaurant and was greeted quickly. My order was ready. I paid and on my way I went. Service was fast and courteous. My wing order was delicious. The restaurant was empty. Music was playing. The restaurant seemed very chill.

Perhaps they have changed since my last visit for the better after 3-4 terrible experiences. Kept it simple and just got some bone in wings for myself and boneless for the wife. The food took 7 minutes to come out, was fresh and probably the best batch of wings i've had at a BWW in my life. Saucy, crispy, and not chewy at all. I hope to return and see if they are consistent with the seemingly updated quality of food and service.

Friendly, fast service and tasty food. The cauliflower wings are amazing and you can get them in any of the flavors of the buffalo sauce. I do wish they had more vegetarian options but there is still a little something for everyone. Enjoyed watching the Jaguars game on the big screen TVs. I would recommend bringing a jacket because their air conditioning works very well!

Buyers BEWARE!Customers BEWARE!Had the worst experience tonight!Will NEVER be back. Slow service. I had to go to the server station Multiple times for refills and to order food or drinks.I asked to speak to the manager in regards to my Dissatisfaction and the manager did not even want to speak or look at me and did not make me feel welcomed at all.I had questioned the manager in regards to some cocktails that I received which were at a 1 ounce pour for $10. I then asked the manager what their spec was for the store and he was unable to tell me the question and made the server go and try to grab the bartender. Very unprofessional will not be back I need to speak to somebody higher up because they are chipping customers here buyers beware!Wings were over sauced and had a grainy taste.Go else where!

I love B Dubs but hate dining out. That said, I always order their wings to-go. This location nails it every time. The wings are soooooo juicy yet creamy, and the fries just crisp me up. A HUGE bonus is the take-out staff. Not only are they super nice and efficient, they're handsome as heck!!! That Connor guy is especially good looking and a hard worker. I love when I get to either pick up my food from him, or place my order with him over the phone. Conversation with him is delicate yet whimsical, and he really seems to pack my orders with tender love and care. I love you Buffalo Wild Wings of Casselberry, and I'll continue to come again and again and AGAIN!!!!

I liked that we didn't have to wait to be seated. I liked the service--Victoria was friendly, efficient and did her job well. I liked that the place seemed very clean (the bathroom was spotless) although the seats are showing wear from a difficult few years to stay afloat.My husband liked his brisket sandwich and fries. What I didn't like was the street tacos--the salsa tasted like Pace from a jar. The BBQ sauce was overpowering and I didn't love the taste. Our friends ordered nachos and there was more than enough to share with the whole table. She took most of the order home.Parking is plentiful. But I probably won't go back. Nothing left me wanting more.

A little pricy, but worth it for the ambience. My server, Soph, was absolutely fantastic--very personable and friendly, and checked in on me often.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. I've eaten at multiple locations but this one takes the cake of worst.

I tried the wings there twice in the last 2 months - same result each time - BAD!Small and obviously very overcooked. What little bit of meat left on the bone was dried out and impossible to eat. No issues with the service. I won't be going back.
