Buen Café Latin Food

I'm addicted to their Cuban coffee! I try to go every day.. the ladies are really sweet also. They have a coconut milk ( I think that is what it is made of) puddingThat is wonderful also! Going today to get 2 coffees!!

Never order through grubhub for this restaurant. They don't confirm your order. It tells you it should be ready by 10:15, please wait until restaurant confirms your order. It's 10:15 and it still hasn't been confirmed. So I decided to call to know if they accepted my order or if it is ready for pick up. Upon calling they answer the phone by saying "hold". No customer service. They keep you on "hold" for over 15 mins as you listen to them chatting, making coffee, and never pick up the phone. I hung up to call again and now the phone is busy. My order isn't confirmed and 40 mins later it is changed to ready for pickup. My order should have been ready at 10:15 not 10:55. Grubhub customer service can not get a hold of them either. What an incompetent company. Never again will I give them a chance.

Food is . I found this place while looking for a steak sandwich& glad I found it . Fried chicken had good flavor and rice was nice and fluffy. And service was on point! We be back

It was ok. The ladies were very nice and answered our questions regarding the food items. The food itself was not the best. We've had authentic food from Puerto Rico and Cuba and this is not the best compared to real good food. My sister's rice had a hair in it. The cortadito was very good.(Cuban espresso with milk)

Amazing Cuban sandwich we love ordering the Cuban sandwich with a few croquetas on the side to make our own croqueta preparada when missing our Cuban food back in Miami would definitely recommend! Sandwich is enough to share. They make the items fresh to order so there is a small wait but worth it!

When IHOP across the street was less than 1/2 full, yet there's a 45 minute wait, we ventured over to try Buen Cafe. I just had the Burrito with Egg and Cheese. Comes with a choice of sausage or ham....also got the hash browns. It was all pretty basic and simple...a little salt would help. But all and all, it was ok, reasonable, and staff all seemed nice. The menu has some lunch and dinner items I want to try...so I'll be back!

After getting off from UPS store decided to see what goodies they have. For my surprise they have one of my favorite (quesitos). I have a sweet tooth so. I am hooked now lol. Came back next day again for it!! I just not completely satisfied this time as you can see yesterday compared for today they are not as fat so I paid for less this time. I hope they realize it and when i come back not be disappointed. I am sure that their other option must be good as well.

Recently enjoyed Buen Café so much, that it would have been a crime to not subsequently frequent for another round. Unfortunately, it was. Food was beyond subpar, to the point where my party were not recipient's of a Clean Plate Club award. Additionally, ordered two-dozen different varieties of empanadas to-go, for which when presented to diners to consume at home later that same day--were so abundantly saturated in sodium it was like taking a drink from the Atlantic Ocean. Thus, promptly fed all two-dozen empanadas to the garbage disposal. Furthermore, empanadas were stacked in two boxes (albeit neatly) with zero demarkation of aforesaid varieties which was a mystery game and epic drag. Buen Café--sadly do not recommend.

We had a huge takeout order and had to wait a while but the cashier gave us free drinks while we waited. Food is legit for this area. Recommend the Cuban sandwich.

Be ready to wait an hour for a coffee. I order two things and took an hour to get. I understand they were busy but it shouldn't take such a long time for things that can be made in seconds. When they finally gave me my coffee it was made strong dark no milk steamed or sugar. So I had to go back and wait longer for them to remake it. Then she said yes I have to wait a long time they're busy..
