Every employee we were in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time there we had a lot of questions about the menu. The food was very good!! Since I'm GF we got the burrito in a bowl. The portion was large enough for my husband and I to share;

Food - Awesome food, fresh, portion was HUGE. I had the build your own nachos. Was enough for two easily. That with a fountain drink was only $11.70! Beyond worth every cent, you cant beat the price, taste and portion for that. Service - Was a build your own type place similar to the typical chipotles etc. employees were all really nice, helpful and fast. Ambiance - Good decorations, nothing crazy. Had a small bar inside as well. Drink specials daily 4-6pm100% will be back soon

Craving Chipotle in Orlando? Forget those long lines and try Bubbakoo's! This East Coast chain is giving the big guy a run for its money. Seriously, the portions are huge, the fillings are flavorful, and the sauces...oh man, the sauces. Sweet chili, pineapple - they're out of this world! Chipotle might have a slightly better tortilla, but Bubbakoo's takes the cake on everything else.I ordered delivery and chowed down in my hotel room - talk about a satisfying staycation meal. The $5 drink and curly fries deal is a steal, but honestly, skip the fries. They're not bad, but they're not necessary unless you're sharing. Service was lightning fast, but I can't speak to the dine-in experience.Bottom line: if you're near a Bubbakoo's, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. And hey, report back - I'd love to hear what you think!

Visited Bubbakoo's for the first time today. I was not disappointed and my experience was excellent in all important respects.Arrived about 4:45pm and was third in line. The space is clean and offers about 8 booths, only one of which was occupied. As with most of its competitors, Bubbakoo's offers counter service, but with a far more extensive menu than I have come to expect from such restaurants. My companion and I placed our orders and had our meals in hand within five minutes of arriving.I ordered a vegetarian bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables and various salsas. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Also ordered chips and guac. Guac was smooth, perhaps a little bit smoother than I like, but still flavorful and very much enjoyed.My companion ordered shrimp tacos. Shrimp was made to order -- a very nice touch.Added points for Bubbakoo's because the service station/counter was very clean and clearly is well maintained through service shifts!

I've frequented this location many times. I appreciate that they are sometimes accommodating to allergies. I have a severe dairy allergy, however there's been two times that a young woman who works there have told me that a certain item was dairy free and by looking at the menu I could confirm it was not. I asked a separate employee to confirm and they reiterated it was not dairy free. So I wouldn't get anything on the menu that wasn't obviously dairy free (like plain meet, plain white ride, etc). Shrimp and steak taste good each time. My only complaint with the rice is when you uber eats an order from here, twice I've received rice that had gooey cilantro in it. It's better to order in person. Having the rice seasoned with cilantro is great, if it's fresh. But if it's rotten and wilted, it makes for a very sour tasting rice which tastes bad and leaves one feeling ill. While I think the chain is great, this specific location may not be my favorite. There's a few others nearby I'd recommend! If you're trying to hit macros or eat carnivore-only and just need steak/shrimp, I recommend ordering a rice bowl without rice and just getting the meats. They do those really well.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while. I came on a late Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was not too busy. I went straight to the ordering line and was greeted. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken burrito but did not get it customized to my liking despite my requests. The fries were good but delayed. Overall not a great experience. Would. It recommend for the prices.

Close to our resort, and different enough from Moe's or Chipotle that we didn't feel like we were just having the same thing.They had a board full of special concoctions to choose from or a big "build your own" menu. Tons of proteins and toppings to choose from as well as a wide variety of sauces ranging from just tasty to setting your mouth on fire.I had a spicy buffalo cauliflower bites burrito, the husband and one son had a shrimp burrito situation and my youngest customized tacos. We shared chips, salsa and queso - all pretty good.It was a great, quick lunch with outdoor seating that was heaven on this 80 degree breezy afternoon!Glad we picked something new to us. We were not disappointed.

The food was great, while we have previously enjoyed the steak. We were not fond of the chicken, but nonetheless still very tasty! Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito is covered too much in the sauce that you hardly taste the chicken. There was also little meat on the burrito AND salad. We had to ask for a bit more to ensure our meals were filling.The service was phenomenal and we were quickly served! The area was kept very clean and it was nice environment to eat in.

The service is spectacular. My son is so picky on food and they allowed him to sample chicken pieces and patient with him picking. The food was plenty and filling. The ambiance is chill and inviting similar to Tijuana flats vibes

Ate at the Glasshouse Lane location and it was AMAZING!! First time here and we got the steak n shrimp bowl and the Philly burrito plus fried cauliflower. Service was wonderful as Carmen made sure we had everything we needed! I swear every ingredient was super FRESH and all our proteins were made to order on the grill. We are from Fort Collins Colorado and we believe this place would explode there. Regardless, we're coming here any chance we get! Thank you for the wonderful experience and delicious lunch! Carmen, you were so kind and made the whole experience worth it!
