Brooklyn Water Bagel

Kathleen was very delightful and brought us our food. The place is clean and the coffee is delicious.

I love the concept and the Cubsta iced coffee with coffee ice cubes--you receive a cup of coffee ice cubes and then choose all your own inclusions including which iced coffee, milk, creamer, and syrups you want! Ordering was easy, and they have a nice easy to navigate menu, but unfortunately the bagel sandwich just didn't do it for me. I ordered an egg& cheese and added shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeño (each $0.49 upcharge) and scallion cream cheese ($2 upcharge). All the toppings were nice and fresh, they even use fresh jalapeños which is great, but I think where they messed me up was putting leaf lettuce (yuck) instead of shredded lettuce (fresh, crisp, amazing, yum). I think the egg could also use some work..some salt or something, or maybe a fried egg would be better instead of the scrambled kinda fake (like carton/powdered) tasting egg. Overall, aside from not thoroughly enjoying my bagel despite being hungry (and it looking oh soo good), employees are nice, I liked the Cubsta and it was a generally nice experience--but I'm probably not coming back or bringing anyone here anytime soon.

I consider Brooklyn Water Bagel to always be a safe and reliable choice when it comes to breakfast and coffee. I mean seriously, they never let me down! From bagels to sandwiches to muffins, this place gets the job done when it comes to breakfast. While they're not serving up anything out of the ordinary, when you need a good cup of coffee and a bagel or breakfast sandwich you can be sure that Brooklyn Water Bagel will always deliver! The staff at this location is always extremely friendly and fast regardless of how busy they are and their mobile app makes ordering on the go a breeze when you're in a rush. The inside is always clean and bright and has the same vibes as your standard casual breakfast/lunch spot. Now for the food and drinks. I would be remiss if I didn't give praise to the Double Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. I'm not a big bagel eater myself, but I love that they offer lighter carb options such as tortilla shells and sandwich bread. The sandwiches are never greasy and the eggs are a much higher quality than what you would come across at a fast food restaurant. The coffee here is something special. As someone who loves to sip on their iced coffee from morning through the afternoon, the Cubsta holds a special place in my heart! I love that the ice cubes are literally made out of coffee so you don't get that watered down taste that most iced coffee has after sitting for a while. They also have a self serve bar so you can add as much cream, milk, or sweetener as you want. Additionally, there are several flavors of coffee so you're never short on options here. My husband doesn't drink coffee regularly and even he can't resist the Brooklyn Infusion coffee! Not a coffee drinker? No problem! Brooklyn Water Bagel also offers several Tractor beverage options including a Strawberry Dragonfruit drink and lemonade. If you're looking for your new favorite casual breakfast spot, Brooklyn Water Bagel is sure to check all the boxes!

Ordered 1/2 dozen bagels. Really wanted asiago but at 9am on a Saturday they were sold out so we got the Everything and cinnamon Raisin. They had a great chew but the seasoning on the Everything Bagel was overwhelming. It was incredibly salty. I had to scrape off most of it to actually eat it. The pumpkin cream cheese was also very bland - wouldn't get that again. Might try this spot again if they had the asiago in stock. Unfortunately, decent bagels are hard to find around LM.

I was excited to try their new Chocolate chunk bagel with peppermint cream cheese after receiving an E-mail. Stopped by three times to try it and was told they didn't have it. The third time I asked when would be a good time to come in to get one (figuring it was popular and they kept running out), to my surprise they told me they decided not to make them. Even though it's still on the electronic menu. I still enjoy their food, just unsure about management decisions at this location.

Great bagel place. I enjoyed it when I went. They have breakfast and lunch sandwiches which is great. Definitely a New York style place which I love. I'll definitely go back.

This bagel was $7 and it was just alright.I like that the filling is large but unfortunately the top of the bagel "bun" if you may didn't have the integrity to keep everything together so I got a lot of bites of just filling and no bagel. I do wish maybe there was a sauce or something added on to maybe elevate it a bit more to make the $7 hurt a little less haha. Also the temperature of the bagel wasn't hot it was like lukewarm which didn't make a lot of sense to me either. I think when a company is charging this much for a bacon egg and cheese bagel that it should be hot and a better bagel should be used. I would've enjoyed it more with just a little bit more of something. I would go back eventually but not anytime soon! My bagel also couldve been cut awkwardly so that could be the reason the top wasn't good.

This place is awesome. Best bagels in town. Highly recommended. Try the muffins they're out of this world.

Overall the store is as at best below average. I order a Toasted Club Melt and two hash browns. The hash browns came out cold and floppy. They forgot to bring out my sandwich and when asked to remake it and bring it back out they brought out the wrong sandwich and didn't say sorry. This is also all after an employee dropped a water bottle on my foot, said sorry without eye contact and just walked away. The store was kind of clean and very family friendly. Overall, customer service needs desperate help.

I eat here at least two times a week because I work close by. I absolutely love this place. Their bagels are the best in Orlando. Always fresh and soft. I love that they allow you to order the bagel scooped because sometimes you don't want all that bread with your sandwich. I also love that they salt their bagels. The staff is always very friendly and I never have to wait long for my order. Once I received the wrong order and called once I realized. They offered me a free sandwich upon my next visit. Oh! And they use ice cubes made from coffee so when they melt your coffee doesn't get watered down. You can also make your coffee to your own likeness. Great place!
