Brisas Bakery & Restaurant

Decent size cafe/restaurant tucked in a strip mall. The atmosphere was your average open cafe style with a few outdoor tables. Although I'm a bit new to Columbian dishes, it was very good. I had the Brisas Brunch and would recommend. Rice & beans, Colombian sausage, arape (corn cake), fried egg, avocado and paired with a hot latte. They have a good variety of baked goods at the counter. The service was good, but limited to a specific waitress as I didn't speak the resident language. This was a pleasant departure from my usual American breakfast, very tasty and looking forward to a return visit sometime in the future.

What a shame, they charge 15% for everything without telling the customer, and on top of that they ask for more tip, it's a robbery, the food is NO LONGER COLOMBIAN, change of owners, they abuse the prices and the workers,

I frequent this place and it never disappoints. The food is very tasty and the service is formidable. One thing that stands out from other restaurants is that all the servers work as a team so there is always someone nearby should you need anything. In addition, staff seems generally happy and welcoming. Natalia was specially helpful and pleasant. John was also very attentive.

Loved it here, our Spanish is terrible so we were a bit confused at first but the staff was so funny and helpful and the pastries we got were delicious! Plus the vibe of the place was so cute, clean, and classy. Highly recommend!

Los antojitos son riquísimos, el servicio fenomenal y el ambiente excelente te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo #1.

I've tried Brisas twice now and they give you a very generous amount of food. The sausage is very tasty along with the pork belly, but unfortunately, the steak leaves a little something to be desired and could use some extra seasoning or some chimichurri. The beans are not to my liking but are cooked well and others may disagree as I believe it is just a preference. We also sampled the Tequenos which were very good.

Fantastic Colombian Bakery/Restaurant. Service is friendly and quick. Food is amazing, and the pastries ate to die for. Give them a try.

Pedimos una picada grande para 4/5 personas y solo trajo unos trozos de carne que nos comimos entre DOS personas el resto SOLO era chicharrón y plátanos. Pagamos 80$ en total ósea 50$ por solo chicharrón? SÚPER MALO
