Brenda's Cakes

3.75 stars! Pretty good overall! Their mojadito cake is the closest I've found to my favorite Puerto Rican bday cakes from childhood. I'd go back again.

Cakes are still delicious, just last month we picked up 3 cakes. The store is always full, plenty of varieties, and decent prices.

The best cakes in town. That's pretty much it. Moist, fresh and delicious. I have always been greeted and treated respectfully and diligently. Their stores are stocked up if you are a baker, but since I'm not- I go straight to their fridge and get the ready to go cakes. They are reasonably priced and you can choose from a nice selection.

The tastiest cakes I have ever had! Moist , flavorful and the frostings is the best... they only have a selection when you get there, I feel this is more or a DYI cake ,you want to have a fancy small cake you can find the flowers and decorations, they have plenty to chose from , I know that if you want a bigger cake you can order bigger cakes. They will literally give you the best most flavorful basic cake .. don't know what would the cost be to have a design on it or have it decorated by them... I guess they can at least write happy birthday and the name of the person Instead of the plastic simple happy birthday they have on all cakes . Again it's the most tasteful and flavorful cake around, In my opinion beats Publix cake In flavor, not on price nor decorations...

About a year or two ago I decided to take my baking to another level. I found this store from good old google! I gave it a try. It is a fairly small space but they have lots of items to meet all of your baking needs. From flour to decorations, to cake boards to cookie cutters, pans, sprinkles, food coloring, cake toppers, fondant, almost anything you can think of, they have it. This is a great store. They also provide classes in a room in the back. Unfortunately they are only in Spanish which is why I haven't taken any and which is why they are only getting 4 stars. They also sell baked items and take orders for cakes for events. The people are very kind and helpful. It also smells delightful in there! Mmmmm, makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I tried a cupcake once and it was delicious! I have visited them several times and will continue to frequent the store for my baking essentials.68/100 Yelp 2017 Review Challenge

We kept our son's birthday cake simple, but it was absolutely delicious! It turned out to be a delightful treat that everyone enjoyed.

Compre un pastel en Brenda's Bakery y estaba super mojado y tan dulce que tuve que botarlo, parece que lo pusieron en una ponchera de azúcar, estaba horrible deben de revisar su receta el pastel mojado no quiere decir aguado no da placer comer.Asco No lo recomiendo

Brenda's cakes are always amazing. I recently tried their 3 leches and I was blown away on how good it was.One thing I would like would be to be able to make special orders regarding colors. I have my granddaughters birthday coming up, there's a cake that I would like to order, I can order the cake but no changing on the colors the flowers come in or even requesting not to put flowers on it to make it even easier for them, but no budging. Therefore I'm unable to order the cake because the colors just don't match. I hope they change this policy as I would only buy cakes from Brenda's otherwise.

I am a dedicated customer that comes occasionally to Brenda's to buy personal size cakes for my needs. I will always call either locations Kissimmee/Orlando before I arrive because the times are not effective online. I am upset that on 3 occasions I called and talk to girl and tell them I'm on my way which my gps would state that I would arrive at 5:50pm. The girl would say that they close at 6pm. I have showed up at 5:50pm and everytime the doors were locked. That is very upsetting and not professionally. Yes your cakes are good but customer service is everything. I won't be returning. You guys need to get employees that wants to work and not cheat the time clock. Please learn from this.

I went in to make a purchase phone was ringing before I came in no one answered the moment I go pay you answer the phone forget about me trying to make an in store purchase and gives full attention to the person on the phone leaves the register and go find the item for them. Bad customer service. I was holding my card in hand.
