Great quality drinks! I love their dirty taro drink which is their taro and match mixed together! They are vegan friendly as they have a variety of milks and will customize for you!

Spectacular service! Divine boba tea and experience. Lovely staff from whom I've met of the many times I've been and the owner makes the experience all the more better when she is there! Highly recommend the Shay's Taro & Dirty Taro!

I just paid $8.50 for a hot tea that was predated to me in a paper cup. What a rip off!! Food: none in sight just tea and bubble tea. The Oolong tea I ordered was served in a paper cup. Nothing Starbucks doesn't do. And it was $8.50Service: The kid behind the counter was nice and took care of my needs. Ambiance: lacking. One small table. The tea was average and just ok. I went to my car because with zero place to sit and having a Togo cup I figured why not leave. Took one drink and the lid popped off and tea went everywhere. Not only was it a paper cup but a cheap one at that!! I'll never be back at that price and served in paper.

I love this shop! I'm not big on fruit tea but they have great variety with fun flavors here. What I'm most excited about this shop is that they sell my favorite Copenhagen sparkling tea by the bottle! All 3 flavors: jasmine tea, sencha, silver needles. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The space is nice and cozy, a bit small so don't plan to hang out here for long, since I think it's meant to be more of a grab and go kind of tea place. Needless to say I'll be back for more fruit tea and more sparkling tea!

Bonsai is truly one of my favorite boba shops. I came with some co-workers and we had a decent experience. We got the pink matcha with brown sugar boba. The drink was gorgeous and the boba was perfectly cooked. The store was as cute as ever. I do have some constructive criticism for the service however. The store was in a rush and they only had one person working. Eventually, a second person appeared, but it was slow going. I appreciate that these detailed drinks take time to make, but the speed was a bit causal and they really should have had more people working the bar mid day. I acknowledge that maybe it was uncharacteristically busy. They forgot one of our drinks that we paid for and that increased our wait. We were happy with the boba and I do love this place, but perhaps there are some staffing kinks to be worked out. I'm excited for my next visit and hope they can smooth out the flow a bit.

Came here with a date today. I got the rose garden tea with boba. My drink total was $7.95, and my date got a mixed blend with milk and boba. The service was very quick. I love coming here it's calm and quiet. 10/10

I was surprised to bump into a Boba place after lunch with a friend nearby. There is a variety of Boba, and the staff are very friendly. They recommended my drink (I forgot which fruit tea it was, I believe it was the Bonsai tea). It was quite delicious and different from what I ordered. Compared to other places Bonsai tea has unique options, but it is not as customizable as other places.

I'm new to this part of town and was happy to see a bubble tea spot! I stopped in and grabbed a milk tea with boba pearls. The guy was super nice and we chatted for a bit. He let me sample my tea to make sure it was sweet enough. It's a cute little spot. The desserts looked pretty ok I. The case. Next time I stop in I'll be sure to try them!

Overpriced for sure. I mean $11+ for one cup of Boba.I ordered a cup for me and each of my kids and I left paying about $35. Definitely steep when they still use powdered taro and all that, nothing unique, organic or anything else that commands this high a price.Tasted okay, but again nothing out of the ordinary or anything that blew me away.

Great service and customer service. We just stopped in and let the kiddos grab a drink. They both got a mango fruit tea with lychee popping boba. I thought it was cool that they make your tea and let you taste it first and if you want more sweetness... or flavor etc, they can tweak it before giving you the final product. The location is great- right on Park Ave. Prices reflect the location. I tasted the tea and it was sweet. My son didn't make any adjustments.
