My husband wanted to try this location since it was closer than the one he grew up eating (the location in St. Cloud). This was my first time eating at Bonnie Lee's so I don't know how the other location taste to be able to compare it to. My opinion is that it's not good at all. The chicken was bland, no seasoning at all. It was crispy but flavorless. The fries were grease soaked and flimsy. No crunch to them at all. I also ordered a side of fried okra. The okra wasn't crispy. I can't eat fried okra that is soggy so that was a waste. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. Customer service was on point and I'm absolutely positive had I brought it to their attention about my food concerns, they would've went above and beyond to make it right. I wouldn't mind giving them a second chance to redeem themselves but it won't be any time soon. 2 stars because of the customer service.

OMG!! This was my wife and I very first time visiting Bonnie Lee's. The food was off the chain.....(delicious) LoL. We will most definitely make this restaurant our neighborhood place to go for nights out to eat dinner. We were extremely pleased!!!

Have you had the food at Bonnie Lee's in kissimmee yet? If you have not your missing out on great customer service, amazing food quality and taste. I recommend that you stop by and try it out for your self. I believe they are known for there home style fried chicken, but my wife loved her fish sandwich. Don't miss out on what your going to end up loving!

Our first visit to Bonnie Lee's--Kissimmee location--was a disappointment. We had the chicken bucket, fries, corn fritters and creamy coleslaw. The chicken batter itself was perfectly crisp and thick--the stuff of dreams--however had almost no taste; it was so bland we could barely even taste salt. Fries were pretty good--nothing to rave or complain about. The Creamy Coleslaw was not at all creamy--barely more than chopped cabbage with very little else. The best items were the corn fritters--very tasty--and the barbecue sauce (which we wouldn't ordinarily need on fried chicken).The server was pleasant and helpful, too, but the chicken really has to have flavor for us to come back.

I work literally 5mins from this place a customer came Into my location with this food the other day it smelled so good so I asked the customer how was the food she said it wonderful so I decided to give it a try it was the best thing that I could ever do their fish shrimp fries and gizzards are the bomb I haven't tried really much of anything else but just a little stuff that I have tasted is amazing The staff is super friendly and grateful I would definitely eat there every day until I get tired of eating seafood LOL but it is definitely a place to check out if you're in the area

Stopped in for lunch. Friendly staff. Clean place. Had fried fish plate. Pretty yummy. We even brought a 8 piece chicken dinner home for football Saturday. Yummy too.
