Once again, a great dinner with great service from our waitress Jasmine. Pre-Covid, we saw her a lot for brunch on Sundays, and when she walked up to the table she immediately recognized us! We love the new Dinner for 2 menu. It allowed us to get a 3 course meal, complete with dessert. There are several options for just about everyone.Can't wait to go back again.

This experience was average at best. We made reservations, but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes. The hostess was clearly overwhelmed but a little rude in the process. The high chair was very clean, which we appreciated. Crab topped fries were great as always. The blueberry lemon drop martini is my go-to as its my favorite drink of all time! My husband got the mule and said it was great. Our entrees are where the ball dropped. The batter for my shrimp was flavorless, which was a let down. My husband also said this pasta lacked flavor. This place needs more flavor to match the beauty of the dishes.

A nice staple casual restaurant. The bang bang shrimp is a must have! The ambience is nice and intimate we dined outside. The area can get a little crowded but at least you can choose to window shop afterwards. The food came out nice and well presented. The taste of everything was spot on and the customer service was attentive.

Back for another birthday dinner , this time she's 21. We invited several family members so party of seven. We started off with several appetizers and all was delicious. Ceviche, bang bang & calamari. By the time our food arrived I was already full so I just ate one taco, comes with three on the fish tacos. Our server was very attentive and was always filling waters and cocktails or offering wine. She brought a cheese cake for her birthday. We all enjoyed and took photos and they even gave my daughter an adorable card with an appetizer gift card inside ? Wow that was amazing. We really appreciated their hospitality and food. The only thing missing was my dad this year, may he rest peacefully .

I love coming to bonefish. The food is always great, fresh, and refreshing. Cody, at the bar, did an excellent job taking care of me on a busy Friday night. It took me quite a while to order as I waited for my friend to figure out what she was having and he was pleasantly patient as we decided. Making sure to check on me, bring me bread, and keep my beverage glass full. Thank you for the pleasant experience Cody and bonefish team!

I ordered a salad with salmon and my mom ordered a burger. The food came out fairly quickly and tasted ok. I really think this place is overpriced. I feel like I could have gotten similar items at Chilis or Applebees for a much better price. I don't particularly like Chilis or Applebees, so now I'm going to have to put Bonefish in the same category of chain restaurants that I don't really like. I mean, if this is where everyone else wants to eat, you can find something to eat, but don't expect too much. As for the service... meh. I didn't find our server very friendly and she didn't check on us after I told her that I didn't love the food, but that it was "ok". She also did not come around to see if we wanted any more drinks or refills. A bit of a disappointment, but I'll still stick with 3 stars.

We brought family here that were visiting from out-of-town for an exceptional seafood dinner. As I typically always do, I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp for an appetizer for the table. The flavor is always so consistently amazing, and even people who don't like spicy foods always enjoy the flavor and slight spiciness of the Bang Bang sauce. A manager delivered our Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and mistakenly dropped a shrimp or two on the floor right before she set the plate on our table. She seemed concerned about getting the floor dirty, whereas I was concerned that she just dumped a couple of dollars' worth of shrimp off our plate. I assumed she was going to return with a few more shrimp to make up for the mistake. Nope. It was a bit off-putting. Particularly from a manager who did not correct her own mistake. We didn't say anything to our server Carlos, and we never saw the manager again. Typical restaurant management, I guess. I love the seafood entrees at Bonefish, but I've been a bit disappointed the last few times we've gone since they removed my favorite menu items. I always ordered the tuna steak (rare) with whipped potatoes and creamed spinach. Gone. Well, the tuna and creamed spinach are anyways. And those were always my highlights because those are foods I don't typically cook at home. A poke bowl is on the menu, but not a tuna steak. Very disappointing. And there are limited vegetable options (that aren't starches) on the side item menu without the creamed spinach there. And what's with all the premium sides for an extra few dollars a piece? So I think the menu could use some retooling. Anyway, I ordered the Mahi Mahi with chimichurri sauce and chose whipped potatoes and broccoli as my sides. It was all very tasty, but I'm glad I had the chimichurri sauce to dip everything in for extra pizzazz because the broccoli doesn't come with anything on it. Everyone enjoyed their meals and experience, but the whole Bang Bang Shrimp incident still sat strangely with us all. We didn't get all we paid for.

The service was very underwhelming, I called to make a reservation for my family and a rude hostess hung up on us (clearly intentionally) When I raised this concern with the manager, he completely disregarded us and we never were able to place our reservation.

Great food, amazing service by Kalyn and Aliyah. Both of these ladies were extremely courteous, professional, and made a great ambient to enjoy my meal. I highly recommend Bonefish Grill located on Daniels Road inside the Winter Garden Village Mall. Kudos to Kalyn and Aliyah for providing a great experience. Can't wait to come back!!!!
