Very pleased that after many years between visits, the dining experience is still great!The fontina pork chop is still a marvelous thing to eat.Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal, the ambiance and the good service!I didn't care for the espresso martini, as the description sounded better than what it tasted, but it didn't affect the rest.I'm sad that there are no Bonefish Grill in Connecticut, but it will always be on rotation when we visit Orlando.

Server Julie was great, the food came out cold but the plate was hot from sitting out under the heating lamp. Server was very apologetic but no manager came over to apologize or anything.Ambiance was chill as it was Sunday late afternoon before the dinner rush. Besides the table next to us with the gentleman talking loudly on speaker phone.When they brought out the updated dish they just warmed it up same broccoli and rice but a new piece of chicken breast and a condescending tone of whoever brought out the new dish.The picture posted was of the original meal not the replacement one.The score doesn't have a reflection to the server but the overall very drawn out experience.

We Had a 830 pm reservation for 12/14/2024. We Arrived a few minutes early. Hostess sat us at a booth. That was the last time we saw any wait staff for 15 minutes. I was blown away by the lack of attention by everyone working in the main dining area. Clearly no one here is working as a team as both hostesses and wait staff walked back-and-forth multiple times, made eye contact with us and not one person came over and offered a glass of water.To make matters worse, a family of four walked in after us, was sat three boots up from us and was immediately greeted and served before we were even acknowledged.Finally, our server, who was very pleasant, arrived on the scene to offer us service. We politely declined and asked for a manager. After waiting another 3 to 4 minutes without a manager arriving, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant.Bonefish Grill is typically a very well run, well staffed establishment with incredible food. This is a visceral offense, and unfortunately has soured my desire to patronize their establishment in the future.

Good food. Good service and ambience. Interiors are clean and well maintained. The food is standard Bonefish Grill fare. It's a chain restaurant so don't expect this location to be any different than the others in terms of food service or preparation. Good for casual date nights. We recommend.

I cannot believe this was my first time trying the famous Bang Bang Shrimp! They were truly amazing and worth the hype. The sauce is incredible and just the perfect amount of spice. We went during their Social Hour so we got The Big Bang which is a bigger order of them. We also tried the B.L.T. Nachos with chicken and they were also super good. They had the same bang bang sauce, with really good chicken, bacon, cheese, and the crispy tortillas were perfect! To drink we got the Mango Bourbon Sour and it was great, it went down smoothly and wasn't too sweet. The atmosphere was also 10/10. I can't wait to go back!!

Enjoyed an amazing meal at the Bonefish Grill in the Loop location. The food was great but I'm mainly writing this review especially for the service. Our waitress Julia was outstanding. She attended to us so well and yet somehow also gave us the perfect amount of space to look over the menu and take our time between drinks, appetizers and the entree. The food and drinks were also 10/10 neither I or my father in law had anything negative to say about our experience. For starters we had the infamous bang bang shrimp. For entrees my FIL ordered a steak which he raved about, paired with a smoked bourbon. I opted for the Cod Imperial which was so light and flaky. The lemony/caper sauce was as so good I dipped my veggies in it too! I paired my meal with a Pinot Grigio and it went so well. I've been to other Bonefish Grill locations however I felt this location really deserved a special review for how caring they are to their customers and that it didn't go unnoticed! My FIL now insists this will be our go to restaurant for family dinners!

Someone once said.... Go with what you know... so, Bonefish Grill it was. The inside was clean and bright. We started with the seafood cheese dip. Although it came with fresh tortilla chips dusted with chili, which were tasty, I preferred the fresh bread, served with herbs and oil, as my dipping choice. We decided to share the Blackened Shrimp Elote as well as a fresh lobster tail. The tail was juicy, cooked perfectly, wonderful with the warm drawn butter. The elote corn was crisp with a creamy cheese sauce, having just the right kick on the backend. There were 8 jumbo shrimp, seasoned and grilled, which was perfect to share. I also enjoyed a fresh seasonal Pineapple Martini. Made with Malibu coconut rum, it was a delightful treat. Big shout out to SCOTT and Team. They did a great job taking care of us!

Well this a favorite! They have changed something's on the menu so I was excited to try. I even tried a Sauvignon blanc white wine from decoy. Light and crispy. Complimented my meal perfectly. Filled up on the freshly baked, warm sour dough bread we did not order an appetizer. Haha! Started with the broccoli, spinach shaved salad, pecan, Parmesan cheese and balsamic dressing. I got the dressing on the side. Thank God we split it because it is huge and delicious. Hope it stays on the menu. They have a special of the day menu and that's what we order the tomatoes buttery grouper. Wow!So fresh, moist,flaky and flavorful. Glad it's time to bring back the broccoli. Steamed to perfection every time. It came with risotto that was creamy and tasty. I order the creamy garlic potatoes. They give you a huge portion. So flavorful crunch on the outside and soft in the inside with the creamy garlic goodness poured all over. Love all the new items and specials. There is always a smiling host there to greet you. The server is long time employee that is always nice to experience it tells you a lot about the company. He Enjoys his job, knowledgeable, relaxed and took care of everything we wanted or needed. Love the mood that is set when you walk in low golden lightning in glass fixture, leather booths and with steel dividers. Long moody bar area with dark table high tops. Went there for my birthday. Food was good but I was shocked to see so many dogs there. That is just unsanitary. Not everyone wants to be around dogs while dining. I felt like I was in a dog park. I will think twice before going back.

Unfortunately, my family and I had a similarly disappointing experience to what another guest, Shawn D., recently described. While we did not have a reservation, we were seated promptly, which we appreciated. However, despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we were left waiting for seven minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, who seemed preoccupied.It was particularly disheartening to observe multiple staff members walking past us without engaging, especially given how quiet the restaurant was at the time. I overheard someone mention preparations for a busy New Year's Eve night, which may explain their distraction, but it doesn't excuse the lack of attention to customers already present.I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service, as it would be wonderful to see a more welcoming experience in the New Year.
