This is a fantastic spot for authentic Italian food and craft beer. Their stuffed crust pizza is a standout, rivaling the famous VIP slice at Tomasino's in Lake Mary. I'm also a big fan of their wings, loaded fries, Antipasto salad, and hearty dinner options like Baked Lasagna, Ziti, and Chicken Parmesan. We often meet up with a friend from Orange City here--it's the perfect place for a relaxed lunch and good conversation over a cold beer. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is well-kept and clean. While the open layout and hard surfaces can make it a little noisy on busy days (typical of many breweries), it doesn't detract from the experience. All in all, this is a top-notch spot to enjoy delicious food and refreshing beer at a great price.

Definitely great pizza place! It has plenty of seating and was pretty busy when we arrived. It took a few minutes to be greeted once seated but our waitress was very attentive to us.We ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer and they were hot, buttery and so delicious. My daughter and her boyfriend ordered a large pizza, half chicken bacon ranch and half Hawaiian. Her only recommendation was the crust needed to be cooked a little more but was still tasty.I ordered a cheese calzone, while my husband ordered a personal Pepperoni Bacon. The calzone is more than enough for 2 people so I brought half of it home. They are also a brewery and have a large selection of beers. They also have a full bar.We will definitely return again!

Took a quick trip (from Jacksonville) to Orange City, FL on our way to Orlando. Visited the state park to count the manatee and had lunch at the brewery. Blue Springs Brewery food was delicious and had a very good selection of beers. Very good lunch specials as well! Got the 1 specialty slice, salad, and soda (upgrade to a beer for $2) for $10. Great value and plenty of food! Terrific pizzas, very good service, and a cool atmosphere-definitely a new favorite!#travelwiththekirklands

Wild place on a Saturday night. There was a lot of action and noise due to the arrival,of a post-wedding party. Otherwise a mixed crowd of locals and visitors. We sat at the bar and ordered from the beer list - all brewed there and a wide range of styles. My wife ordered the Caesar chicken wrap. If was big and came with kettle chips. Taste was okay, not fabulous. Bartenders were attentive and personable. But too busy for conversation. Fellow bar patrons were not. Worth the visit and happy hour prices were beyond reasonable: $4 craft beer and $5 wine with 1/2 price appetizers.

This was a surprise! This building has been ten different restaurants just in the last 15 years so I wasnt expecting much. It's a typical bar and grill with abundant beer selections that I believe they brew on the premises. We happen to go on trivia night so we joined in and had some great food!Onions rings were delicious, crispy batter fried, lots of flavor, and delicious sauce!Meatballs were also good. Good size, plenty of marinara. I would have like a little more seasoning, but they were still delicious.The. Chicken Parm was massive and full of flavor. It was more than enough to feed two people. The chicken was a good portion, not overcooked, and perfectly fried with a nice crust. There was plenty of that marinara again and lots of spaghetti to go with it. Finally we had the cheesecake and the zeppolis. Skip the cheesecake, you can get the same thjng in any grocers freezer, but get the zeppolis! They were little fried dough balls with three sauces. Covered in powdered sugar! This was a great time and I will be going back!Keep in mind they are under construction so the staff is spread thin.

Atmosphere was good, kinda rustic, concrete floors, have a nice view of the brewing area, stainless tanks etc. Large bar area with plenty of tv's & sports, GREAT brew selection. Sat at the bar, service was slow, in bartenders defense, it was busy & he was running his a## off & was trying his best. Had wing Special & pizza & a couple IPA's all delish, he forgot our fries, BUT, comped us a beer, pretty cool he didn't have to do that. Will DEFINITELY be back...

This was an interesting experience! Mostly for one specific reason. But before I get to that, three things...1. I didn't order pizza because I had been eating pizza this whole trip and when I did a walk-by of someone else eating pizza, it didn't look like my style. 2. I ordered a burger but they were out of burgers. 3. I ordered Spaghetti & Meatballs off the kids menu (only thing I could think of at the time) but it should be called Spaghetti & Meatball. This meal was actually better than expected though. And the draft beer was good, as was the service. But none of that is what sticks out about this experience. After a drive from the Daytona Beach area, I ran to the bathroom. So did Mr. Chuckles (probably not his real name but I soon learned he loved to tell jokes). Though jovial, Mr. Chuckles didn't wash his hands after using the restroom. I don't understand these human beings but I just made a mental note of it and figured it would have no impact on me. About ten minutes later, as I'm sitting at the bar and drinking a beer and doing poker social media stuff, he sits right next to me with beer-in-hand. He tells me he's going to tell me a joke. I said okay. He went on to tell a five-minute perverted dog joke. At the end, he kept grabbing my left arm (no sleeves) to get me to laugh. So, I'm not a math expert but I need to know basic odds in poker. But I don't know the odds of a stranger not washing his hands in the restroom, coming over to tell you a perverted dog joke, and touching your arm. I ate fast and got the heck out of there. But the place had a pretty good vibe. It just didn't have burgers.

Came here after visiting the Blue Springs State Park. My husband wanted to grab a beer. We got the Meatballs and marinara app. This is the best homemade meatballs EVER!!! I could eat 3 orders but myself. The kids had eaten a little before we came so we got them the Zeppolis. Little fried dough squares covered in powered sugar. The restaurant was clean. There's 2 sections for main dining and a seating area next to the bar. I'm sure the next time we're in town my kids will want these again. We'll be back.

What a great place! The ambiance is very cool. There is a very large bar with many tvs for sports variety. The rest was very clean and decorated well. The service was terrific. She knew the food, the drinks, the entire menu and really made it a great experience! The food was delish! We had 2 pizzas, beer cheese fries, chicken wings, and a burger and the whole table wants to come back again! It's definitely a hidden gem and is a place you won't be sorry you tried!!
