Ordered jerky which was shipped to me with moldy jerky in the plastic bag. This company sent me more jerky as replacement but it was also moldy in the bag.Obviously there are cleanliness issues in drying and packaging of jerky which need to be addressed at their business

Waited a week and a half to get tracking on an order. The customer service people hasnt responded on canceling the order after multiple emails. Do not buy or support this company.

I ordered the "Jerky of the Month Club of Awesome" for a whole year. This was about $140. They shipped me ONE bag. It's been 4 months and no more showed up. I have emailed them, used their web contact form, and had NO response. They are a shady company who will walk off with your money.
