Blends at Lake Mary

Very good! This is a healthy twist on waffles, shakes and teas. The shakes, donuts and waffles are loaded with protein and can compete with other options that offer no nutritional value like Dunkin or Starbucks. My fiancé and I ordered fruity pebble donuts, watermelon lemonade tea, loaded protein waffle and banana pudding shake. The total for everything was about $43 dollars which was expected. Everything was very good. The banana pudding shake tasted just like banana pudding, donuts and waffles were made fresh to order. You can choose your own toppings for this. The tea was sweet and I only drank half of it before I felt a bolt of energy. Overall I would recommend this place as an alternative to typical deserts.

Menu is amazing and the macros for the food options can't be beat considering it tastes amazing! We got the vanilla wafer & fruity pebble donuts which were to die for - 300 cals, 30 grams of protein for 8 donuts. Rocket pop and cotton candy teas were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern with a great ambiance. Steven was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind throughout our time there!

Best shakes, energy drinks and açaí bowls in town. Good environment and even better, the owners have the best energy and always makes you feel at home when you come in.

Healthy approach to shakes and energy drinks where they customized a specific shake for us. Down here for soccer tournament and had them add electrolytes in the shake. Very tasty and super friendly service.

An outstanding local business. First off, it is absolutely immaculate. The nicest, brightest food establishment I've ever visited. The proprietors are lovely, friendly people who truly want their customers to be happy. The atmosphere is upbeat, supportive, and energetic-- the owners are very creative and are continually developing new menu options. From a parent perspective, I am so glad my teen is getting healthy, protein filled energy treats (drinks, donuts & waffles) rather than those horrible canned nasty "energy" drinks or greasy fried food. The drinks are fresh and delicious, and there really is something for every taste. So if you are looking to support a local business, looking for fresh, healthy energy treats, and want to bring your business somewhere that is truly happy to see you and appreciates their customers, go to Blends. Note that it is somewhat tucked away in a small shopping center, so you have to pay attention when you are looking for it. This establishment is a lovely addition to the Lake Mary community!
