Berryville Deland

Came in for my birthday excited to get a fruit bowl!! Prices were a little high, I waited about 20 minutes for my two items (and no one was in front of me) and the smoothie and pitaya bowl I got could have been sweeter. But the girl in the front was very kind, patient and informative and the food was fresh. Definitely recommend if in the Deland area!

I ordered the Birthday Smoothie Bowl. It was a perfect refreshing lunch after a hot morning outdoors. The service was quick and the bowl was so pretty! It also tasted amazing and all of the fruit were fresh. Will definitely come back! I've also had their salads in the past and they are also good.

I stopped in for the 1st time yesterday and really enjoyed my visit. While my main purpose for visiting was to get ice cream, they have healthy food options as well. Their location was clean and the shop had a nice ambience. Very much what you would expect of a "hometown" ice cream parlor. In addition to their traditional ice cream and their meal options, they also had frozen yogurt for those who may prefer frozen yogurt over ice cream. They had a decent selection of toppings a person could choose for their sweet treats but I opted for my ice cream without any toppings. I would say they are reasonably priced for their sweet treats. I didn't actually pay attention to their meal menu other than to glance at it to see what is offered. Do you have a furry friend that enjoys an occasional sweet treat? They also have "doggie ice cream" available. Next time I visit I'll take some pictures and add them.

Best deal in soft serve you will find anywhere. Sometimes the machines just spit out warm yogurt soup without warning, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. The staff is usually very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean.

Was here on a Friday evening just walking the strip and and thought I want some ice cream just a little bit. I asked her what's the cheapest ice cream and she said you can get a cake cone for $0.89 and choose any of the frozen yogurts in the back! Wow, perfect I thought now which one to choose there were so many.t The girl behind the counter saw I was struggling with a choice and gave me little cups to try samples wow!I tried the apple pie the espresso the peanut butter and the cinnamon bun. All were so good I just mixed and matched and made myself a beautiful cone. Place was very clean and friendly lots of inside seating and some outside seating. You have your choice of frozen yogurt or hard ice cream and lots of different toppings and fruit toppings too. I will definitely return here again when I am in Deland!

I know college kids need jobs too, but seriously do better. The store doesn't close until 10:30 and arrive at 9:50 to receive subpar service and the wrong smoothie. When I showed them the picture of what I wanted, they remade it grudgingly, but said they couldn't remember what was in it. Not sure why they were in a hurry to close with paying customers in the shop.

I always have the delicious Greek Goddess grain bowl every time I go! It is handmade and the ingredients are so fresh! They run specials like $5 fill ups each Wednesday for the frozen yogurt and other great specials during the week. The staff is always friendly too! If you sign up for their loyalty club (which is free), you earn points for things like free ice cream, half off a salad, and more!

Had a nice two-scooper cup, banana cream pie and something chocolatey. (Darn my memory!) Tasted good!

Environment- tables dirty. Had to clean one just to sit. Little ones running on seats for customers. I had to stand for a Lil bit to wait for the kids to leave bc the worker was in the back and the parent didn't say a thing to the kids.Food- there's and oder of spoil milk. TSome machines were liquid ice cream, another machine was empty with no sign.Tables- dirtyAnd plus a dog with no real leash jumping on chairs and booth chairs, worker not saying a thing and owners did nothing AND TO TOP IT OFF THE DOG WAS NOT A SERVICE DOG!!!!!!Not sanitary to have it jumping on chairs for other patrons.Sorry

The salads are amazing, alongside the froyo, ice cream and dippin' dots! The family and staff are so nice and always makes me feel welcomed when I come in. I can't wait to return soon!
