Ben's Dog House

This place is definitely open! It's located inside the premium international Simon outlets right outside the food court. I work in the area and this place has some consistent and great lunch/dinner options! They also have outdoor seating if you'd like to sit and enjoy. Today I ordered the burger and fries, delicious! I've had their chicken quesadillas, bbq wings, and chicken tenders! I always get their lemonade which is very refreshing. I'm very pleased with all my meals from Ben's Dog House. If you are a mall employee they have an order ahead option that is so easy to use and my meals are always ready when I come to pick them up! I recommend!!! Very tasty!

Horrible customer experience. I tried to order a hot dog and philly cheesesteak, but the older woman taking the orders acted like she could only speak Spanish. She was trying to communicate to me, in Spanish, some reason why she she couldn't give me either item. I don't speak Spanish so I never figured out what that reason that was and never got the food. I then asked her for a beer and a can of soda. She acted like I was bothering her, and then rang me up for both items. A bottle of beer and a can of soda cost me almost $12. And unfortunately they came with a side of bad attitude. I won't ever return.

After a horrible customer experience in the outlet mall's food court (the Philly Cheese Steak place by the restrooms) we stumbled upon Ben's Hot Dogs. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We were attended to politely and promptly. The young man behind the counter enthusiastically suggested and explained food choices. When I gave my drink order, while the young man was ringing us up, a young lady gave us our beverages quickly. She saw her co-worker assisting us and without direction came to help of her own accord. As refreshing as the great customer service was (you so rarely get treated well at fast food establishments now-a-days) the true highlight of the experience was the food! I ordered the Chilly Cheese Dog with Onions and my Fiancé ordered the Steak Quesedilla. The hot dog bun was a well made hoagie roll. The dog was salty (in a good way) and the chilli was flavorful. But what surprised and pleased me was the grilled onions. Usually places like this will laze-out and just sprinkle a few raw onions on top; but not this place! My fiancé truly enjoyed his Quesedilla as well. The tortilla was nicely toasted and the meat was wonderfully grilled. This is the type of culinary experience I really enjoy. It's great when the food is good and the service is nice, but nothing enhances that more than when it was totally unexpected. So I not only suggest this little kiosk to any person who can appreciate a good dog, but I also say bravo Ben's, job well done!

Philly cheese steak was really good however there hotdogs are so not worth the price and they sell what is called a Frito dog which has a picture on the menu showing Frito chips and it doesn't even have them on there because they don't have Frito chips all it had it on it was chilli cheese and jalapeños.

Their burgers are awesome and they have great customer service. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming even on a cold, rainy day

Approached the cashier ordered one plain hotdog, he asked if I wanted any veggies on it, I said onions (raw) and lettuce. While it was being prepared another guy who saw I was of a different race to him cashed for the one plain hotdog, the bill came up to $4.01, he walked in the back and came back and told me that I had to pay for the onions and lettuce. The plain hot dog came with raw onions and lettuce came up to $8.00 The detailed bill stated the same as the first one. With no additional charges, just the same hot dog now registered at $8.00 *see attached pic*
