The serving sizes are well worth the drive and price. I've eaten from here for years and the food is consistently great. The ribs are always fall off the bone delicious. The Mac and cheese, sweet potato soufflé and baked beans (with pineapple) , are all crowd pleasers. The homemade lemonade is good but sweet enough to be a dessert companion. If you want some cookout style BBQ, this is definitely the place you need to try. Call aheads are welcome and the service is always friendly.

The ribs are exceptional. They fall off the bone. I mostly get macaroni and cheese and collard greens which are exceptional as well.

This Food Truck serves BBQ Ribs, Chicken and Beef Brisket, southern potatos, cole slaw, etc.This is the real deal Soul Food with a lot of Soul!The best way to get to this place is mapquesting Harley Davidson because is almost next door. You will find the big sign next to a bar where you can slso sit and have some beers. To find out the correct hours of operation you can call them, but also by 4:00 pm they are already sold out of brisket and chicken!I took my friend from NY here and he said they have nothing like this up there!!! :-)

All I can say is you should never stick Ribs in a styrofoam container in the microwave right in front of your customer and expect them to think you serve good BBQ. The one star is for the sauce. The rest of my food was horrible. Ice cold mac n cheese and cold beans.

I had the Brisket dinner with Mac n Cheese and Greens...Everything tasted great. Glad I found this place nearby...
