One of the things I love the most about this particular restaurant is that when I say let's get dinner and a movie, this one comes to mind. I got the salmon/shrimp, fingerling potatoes and asparagus. The flavor was EVERYTHING! Well seasoned, perfect temperature...overall 10 out of 10. The cocktails are always great...it's typically my favorite and given the fact we came in with a party of 6 at about 10pm, the service was really good as well. Always a great choice when roaming around Winter Park Village. Definitely going back.

My husband and I have dined here at Bar Louie's in the past and really love the ambiance, and atmosphere. We decided to partake in their Valentines Day 4 course dinner and drink pairing, which was fabulous. Our server, Jack was absolutely the best. He timed the courses perfectly. He was kind, courteous, attentive, very personable and professional. Aside from our wonderful, delectable food, Jack really made our experience perfect! Thank you again Jack. The reason for the 4 star rating was the loud horrible music. The last time we dined here, the music was fun and pleasant and not loud. Remember, this is Valentines Day, and although we were not looking for mushy music, we did not appreciate music that one would hear at a night club where the only way it could be tolerated was to be half intoxicated! The female manager who I will keep nameless, was not interested in trying to make the situation better. She said they had no control over the music. Then why was there great music the previous time we were there?!All in all, my husband and I had a great experience and we will be back to Bar Louie's. By the way, ask for Jack when you visit, Jack works Thursday, Friday and Saturdays after 3:00. He is the BEST!Also, a reminder for those who are not aware, the Winter Park Village offers FREE Valet parking. If you forget cash for a tip for the valet, no worries, they accept credit cards!Bon Appetit!

I don't normally review chains, but I enjoy Bar Louie. The food is always good, the drinks are always good, the service is always good.I actually ended up here on New Year's Day this year for brunch, and it was a good experience. They were short staffed, which was nobody's fault, but our server was hustling to deal with multiple big groups and still keep service tight. She was awesome (unfortunately, I forgot to get her name...)!We got the Buffalo Blue Chips to start, and they were perfect hangover food. I also got the Hangover Helper breakfast and it was crispy, greesy, and fatty in all the right ways.

Had a great time! My wife and I went around lunch time so it was pretty empty. The service was very nice and timely by our bartender but wasn't overwhelming with check ins. Their drink menu is very full and I'm sure they can make custom drinks as well. The food was amazing. I had the mushroom Swiss burger that was phenomenal. My wife had their kickin chicken sandwich which was also very good. Very well themed with their dark oak furniture and plenty of TV's to watch whatever game you desired. Can't wait to go back again!

Their burgers are the best!! I like how you can sub healthy sides for fries. Most times when im in town my friends and I go for the burger special Tuesdays. The music here is either hit or miss and is usually to loud for a conversation. I noted this was not a party crowd and mostly couples. We asked our server to turn down the volume and they did which was so much better. Music was mixed oldies and good. Sometimes music leans hard rock and we usually don't stay when its playing. Service here is very hit or miss. This night it was great. We love this place for happy hour but its been reduced to a 6:00 end which is hard for people who work.

Decided to go here before going to a movie across the street. Winter park village has had a major face lift and is looking great. Inside of the restaurant was pretty cool and clean. Now to the restaurant. Walked in and sat at the bar as it was just me. Place was not overly busy and the service was good. The menu had a lot of good options and it was hard to pick just one. Bartender gave me her recommendations and I went with the blazing burger. It did have some spice to it but not over powering. Flavors were great and the fries had good seasoning on them.

We came here a couple times for the $8 burger special with some friends. The first time was a great experience. We sat at a round table and the server came several times to check up on us. We had a table of six. The burgers are great! The most recent time we came, it was just my brother and I. We chose a seat in the back booths. Someone came by and said our server would be right with us. It took forever for a server to come by. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. After our meals were served, we did not see her again until it was 10 minutes after we were done with our meals. She even mentioned she forgot about our table in the back. We were one booth away from another party. The burgers were still very good, though my egg on my burger was a little bit too runny for my taste.It's right across from the movie theater so it's a great location for "before the movie" or "after the movie" lunch or dinner. They also have happy hour which is pretty nice. I would recommend, but just be careful where you choose to sit!

The service here is consistently excellent, adding to the overall fantastic experience.The Happy Hour is unbeatable, it's a highlight that keeps me coming back. While the food is quite good, it's the signature martinis that truly steal the show. With a diverse selection of delicious flavors, there's something for everyone. My personal favorites are the Chicago Ave and Effen Good, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the options on the menu.

Stopped in for late night drinks and dinner. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted which was nice. Unfortunately, the bartender we had wasn't very friendly but she came by enough so we shrugged it off. We ordered the steak frites but the bartender came back and said they were out of steak. The bathroom was horrible but I guess that's expected for a Friday night. The music was good and the environment was great for a date. Overall, Bar Louie has changed over the years and not in a good way. I decided to give this one a try since it has 4 stars on Yelp but my experience was subpar yet again.
