Get there at opening or spend :10 looking for parking and :20 waiting in line AND very few tables/chairs.We got lucky and found a spot in the street parallel to the lot, grabbed a table just as someone was leaving and got our sandwich rather quickly. Someone in line in front of us had a party of 6, saw them later eating in the back of their pick up truck in the parking lot. The space is shared with multiple vendors. A bakery (to go food), shaved ice and b-b-q. All nicely packaged and fresh!!!! Our banh mi sandwich with curried tofu, cilantro, jalapeño and shaved vegetables was so fresh, packed with flavor and the bread was slightly crunchy in the outside and so soft on the inside. Our Thai coffee packed a punch both flavor and caffeine-wise. In fact I am typing this at twice my normal speed!!!!!!!There are restrooms at the entrance, very clean. The only negative...if you don't like a crowded space, don't go. It is a relatively small space/low ceilings and lots and lots of people. Perhaps go on a sleepy Wednesday at opening, instead of Sunday at noon. But...go...at your preferred time to experience delish food!!!

Stopped by here for a quick Vietnamese Iced Coffee while I was waiting for my table at Zaru. That little food hall was just really getting started at that time, so ambiance was kind of haphazard, but the stall itself looked complete and nice. The service was really nice. Nice fellas manning the register. Please, tip your servers or stay the heck home. And as for the coffee, super yummy. Creamy, but not too creamy. Coffee, but not too coffee. A good blend. Overall, I will definitely come back here to try the food one day. I'm excited to do so. Thanks, Banh Mi Boy!

This is such a cool stall. They have make your own summer rolls. You can see them make the sugarcane juice in front of you. It is pretty busy on the weekends and there is a bit of a wait. The staff here was friendly. We really enjoyed the drinks here. My friend said the Sugarcane juice reminded her of back home. The Passionfruit juice was soo good. I really want to come back here and try their Banh Mi.

Food is a 10/10, parking and wait time are big fat zero for me. However the food was so fantastic that I'm willing to put that aside. The flavor of the sandwich is nothing short of phenomenal. I ate the lemongrass chicken, my friend the char sui pork, my husband the cheesesteak. All were exceptional. I highly recommend coming here, just be prepared for a wait and a long walk.

This spot is perfectly located in a market off Mills, inside the mills market. I really loved how there are plenty of food options to choose from but I came specifically for the Banh Mi and was not disappointed! It was a busy when I went but they took my order quickly and my food was ready in a reasonable amount of time considering the crowd. Seating can be hit or miss, we found table and chairs luckily. I ordered the cheesesteak bahn mi, sesame balls and fried spring rolls. The bahn mi was delicious and my favorite of all the things I ordered. The sesame balls and spring rolls were at the self serve bar and honestly weren't as good as I was hoping. But overall this was a great spot, I will definitely be back.

I am so happy I stopped here. I've been looking for the best summer roll in Orlando and I've definitely found it. A create your own station?! LOVE! I felt the price was reasonable for the size and quality given. One to two are plenty for a meal. The dipping sauce was delicious. It took a little longer than expected to get made, but that wasn't a huge deterrent. I can't wait to come back and get more!

I got the Banh Mi Boy Special and I didn't love it. It was pretty dry. However, I thought the place looked awesome and I'll be back to try a different sandwich. The vibe is cool and it's a quick, neat spot.

The employee at Banh Mi Boy promised me that he makes one of the best banh mis in Orlando, and he definitely delivered! I don't eat pork, so I always order chicken, and their lemongrass chicken was so flavorful! Its located inside of Mills Market. The ambiance is a food hall type of setting with Banh Mi Boy "sandwiched" in the middle of a spot selling unigiri and another spot seling Chinese BBQ. Highly recommend!

This is the first banh mi that I've ever really enjoyed. To be clear, I'm not at all an expert on banh mi sandwiches, but based on the flavor and freshness of ingredients, this one is definitely my favorite. I'm not a huge fan of the pork pate on a traditional banh mi, but I can get on board with theirs. They also use great bread and it's a pretty good size for the value ($8.99). It's hard to find a good meal under $10 these days.Banh Mi Boy has been around for awhile, but they are located inside the new Mills Market (previously the Tien Hung market) alongside a few other vendors. I visited recently and decided to try a different sandwich on their menu -- the Saigon Cheesesteak (brisket, onions, peppers, provolone cheese, cilantro, and jalapeño). I loved the spiciness of the fresh jalapeño. It packed a lot of heat and I was sweating... in a good way, haha. I think I might like the cheesesteak a bit more than the banh mi.I want to go back and try their Pho French Dip and their fresh sugarcane juice as well. Seems like the market has drawn in many new customers and increased traffic, so I'm glad to see these Asian-owned businesses thriving in Mills 50!P.S. You can park in the lot behind the building and enter through the back.

I just waited 28 minutes for 1 banh mi. Oh my god it's so busy now. I've been going to Banh Mi Boy for a few years now. It has been my favorite place since moving away from the Vietnamese community in Boston. It's the closest Banh mi to the kind I grew up on. It used to be a slept on place before Tien Hung became Mills Market and I would saunter in, chat with the auntie that made it, and be out the door with my sandwich in maybe 10 minutes max. It was my sense of community after moving away from home. Then they got a huge face lift and became Mills Market. I am so happy for the owners and the team to see this newfound success. It's incredible that the Orlando community is opening its eyes to these new Asian spots. As I waited for my banh mi, I didn't see a single worker stop to check their phone or even take a sip of water the entire time. People were hustling and working their asses off to keep up with the huge lines. But man I miss being able to chat with the workers and build a rapport. The quality is still great and the taste hits the spot. I just miss the quiet little moments I used to have there. If you visit, prepare to fight for parking and wait a while for your food. It's worth it though!
