Bamita is a tiny hidden gem located next to Happy Lemon and the Phuoc Loc Tho oriental supermarket in the Mills 50 area. While it's a small little ordering to-go counter, it sure is cute inside! They make a super fresh and tasty banh mi sandwich and I particularly love the #7 Thit Nuong made with lemongrass grilled pork. I'm not always a fan of the pate that's on most traditional banh mi sandwiches and this one doesn't have that ingredient. The baguette is airy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just as it should be. The pickled veggies, fresh herbs, cilantro, and special sauce really make this an A+ sandwich. Service is quick and it's always a reliable lunch option!

Solid hidden gem if you're craving a banh mi sandwich. There were no prices on the menu in the store but the sandwiches were $7.50 for the grilled bbq pork. And most of the other sandwiches are similar prices. They have some other food items if you don't want a sandwich. Bamita makes your sandwich fresh to order and I did wait a little to get mine. There's only a few places to sit outside the shop but I feel like this is mainly a place to grab something quick. Love the easy free parking in the plaza. If you're craving a fast banh mi to go, give this place a try!

Checked this place out to see what the hype is all about for their egg coffee. Honestly, it is not bad for Florida. I had better in Atlanta Georgia but this will do for now. The egg coffee is very smooth and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. Although, I would like it better if there is a bit more coffee or less ice. On the other hand, the sandwiches weren't that spectacular. I like the texture of the baguette itself but the sandwiches is lacking flavor. The mayo butter was too sweet for my taste bud and too runny. The grilled pork and Vietnamese spam lack flare..in terms of of seasoning. Definitely not savory enough. If only there was siracha or jin su sauce but not sure if that will be enough. The bakery itself is pretty small..located on the side of a super market. The staffs were small and friendly. The service was very fast paced. Would recommend..I mean it doesn't hurt to give it a shot and everyone taste bud is different. Overall, not a bad experience

Please, I wanna keep it a secret, but this place deserves all the hype.Bamita is my new favorite Vietnamese banh mi and coffee spot. Secreted away, next to Phuoc Loc Tho Supermarket, this little shop is super adorable and serves up some big flavor. The banh mi here are the more classic style served in Vietnam -- it's a little more skinny than the banh mi in America, but the bread is a perfect blend of fluffy and crispy. You can't go wrong with a Banh Mi Dac Biet or, my favorite, Banh Mi Cha Lua. More than the banh mi though, Bamita has me coming out on a weekly basis for their Vietnamese Iced Coffee -- specifically their Egg Coffee. Don't knock it til you try it -- the whipped sweet egg topping is more akin to a fluffy custard and it pairs perfectly with the rich flavor the espresso. Honestly, it tastes so good that it's dangerous because I want to come back for it multiple times a day. Service is always quick, friendly, and courteous -- 1000% recommend. I'd give them 5+ Stars if I could.

This was place is so delicious and has quickly become one of my favorite places to get banh mi. The bread is nicely toasted and the bread to topping ratio is great. The pork one has such a great seasoning on it. They also have slim sandwiches if you're not feeling a heavy meal. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is tight and small, but they have a door that opens to bar seating in front of the Oriental Supermarket entrance. The only disappointing thing I would say was their coffee. The coffee comes over a large amount of ice in a big cup. It only gets filled about halfway or just over halfway. I know the coffee is concentrated, but it just feels like I'm a little short changed!

Bamita is a small shop within the grocery story that serves Banh Mi, tiny thin baguettes sticks and also variety of coffees. We've tried a few items such as the Dac Biet which is the one that has different kind of cuts, Grilled pork, Egg Cream Ice Coffee and the small thin baguette sticks. They are filled with the creamy mayo, pate and the fixins for a regular banh mi. I think what I like about it is that is that everything is fresh and isn't stale especially when you eat it there. The bread is crunchy and has a bit of chew while the ingredients is layered perfectly. The people there were kind and provided good service. The kiosk have you able to view your order but I believe you have to let them put in the order. They have a few chairs and stools to sit but not abundant amount of seating. The times i've gone they were super quick but its a small counter so if they get a lot of orders I could see a wait forming. Our wait times have been less than 10 minutes. Try it!

Came here & tried to order with a person. They told us to order off the kiosk. Kiosk kept glitching so they finally took our order in person. We ordered 2 egg coffees, they came out half full. Definitely not worth it for $7 a pop

This is a tiny restaurant inside an Asian grocery. It is strictly a take away place. The woman working there was very nice. She took my order and then made it fresh right in front of me. I ordered the pork banh mi. I think it is the best one I have had in the Orlando.

Checked out this banh mi place as I was in the area and it did not disappoint. Very small shop, but easy to order. I really enjoyed their banh mi. The bread was very toasty and easy to bite into. It was pretty big as well. Great traditional flavors. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Orlando! It's inside of the Vietnamese supermarket next to Happy Lemon. One thing that stood out to me was the wonderful ambience of this café. I attached some pictures but as you can see, it is well decorated inside and is very charming. In terms of the offerings, they have a few unique drinks that you may not find in the Orlando area. For example, I got the egg coffee which was delicious and this is the only place in Orlando that serves this type of Vietnamese coffee. They also have coffee with salted cream as well as the ube cream. Another thing is you can tell that the owner of this café really cares for the items that they are putting out for example with the coffee he noted to my family that he likes to take his time when he's creating the coffee to ensure that every drink is properly well-made.Furthermore, my group had the banh mi here, my family is Vietnamese and has tried every place in Orlando, with that being said they have declared this the best banh mi in Orlando currently. I hope they do well! As mentioned it is hidden from the main street, but if you drive into the plaza where Happy Lemon is, go into the grocery store and you will see it inside on the right.
