Auntie Pricee Soul Food

I'm happy. When we first walked in, we were gleefully welcomed by Auntie Pricee. The restaurant was immaculate and simply decorated. I knew what I wanted, and I was happy about my choice. The food here was delicious. I ordered the fried pork chops, macaroni and cheese and green beans. The pork chops were perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection. The macaroni and cheese was as if my Momma had cooked it. The green beans were flavorful and paired perfectly with the cornbread, which was clearly made from scratch. My friends had the fried chicken, a vegetable plate and another had smothered turkey wings with the rice pilaf, all of which they enjoyed. If you are ever in Davenport, or the surrounding area, be sure to stop by here to get some delicious food.

Dining area very clean excellent staff very knowledgeable & kind. Such great tasty food. Soothing atmosphere very reasonable wait time. Getting smothered pork chops. Greens, black eyed peas, rice & cornbread.

I didn't get my mustard bbq sauce with my ribs but still in all food was good. The last time I had to call to make sure I got the sauce and was told ahead of time she got new workers. Aside of not getting the sauce every thing was delicious! I'm still going to order just going to make sure I call for my sauce ahead of time

2 years ago, we enjoyed everything however post COVID many things have changed. Again, this is my experience-- your experience could be totally different. We thought the goods was favorable, plentiful however lukewarm. Except for the fried chicken everything was lukewarm to cold! No cabbage in the greens/cabbage mix. Ice tea was not good, definitely one of the best soul food business in the area!

Auntie Pricee Soul Food is one of the best soul food restaurants I've been to! The food was cooked so well. There was a bit of a wait time but it was extremely worth it. The service was also top tier. The inside is super clean and neat with lots of seating. We came in a Sunday and they were playing gospel music, which I loved. Giving this place 5 stars!

I would like to actually be able to try this place, however when I stopped in there were two people in front of me both complaining of missing items and or the incorrect food. I still waited my turn, I waited and waited and waited and no one asked to take my order although I was standing at the front for some time. So I walked out.... Mind you there were two gentleman standing at the front behind the counter with a baby. But no one asked to take my order, so I walked out.

We aren't even out of the parking lot..... I had to get this review up ASAP! We are from California and out here on vacation. I lived in Texas for 2 years and I miss southern food so any chance I get I take the opportunity. We looked at few places before settling on going here. The only other place we considered didn't have fried okra so as far as I'm concerned that isn't southern food. We walked in and luckily there were a few tables open because they were getting ready to host a birthday party. It a small place at the end of a strip mall. We were greeted right away by the staff and auntie Pricee herself came out and said hello. They were all very welcoming and made us feel like we were regulars. We ordered Mac and cheese for my daughter, the largest order of fried okra I could get, fried, Karods fried shrimp with black eyed peas and greens, my husband ordered fried chicken with green beans and Mac'n'cheese. We waited a little bit for our food but that's because it was fresh and steaming hot! There are only a few people working so be patient they're attentive and on it but it can take a few minutes between them taking new orders, getting food out and I think auntie is back there cooking as well. Everything down to the included corn bread was epic! They have their own seasoning blend that they really should be selling because I'd have taken home a case of it. If you're in the area it's 100% worth the stop. If I lived within an hour I'd be here weekly. I will definitely be coming back the next time we are in town.

LOOOOOVE. This is definitely soul food. Im full and happy and the food was delicious and cooked well. Didn't take long for the food to come out. The restaurant so warm and inviting. Employees are professional, kind and very attentive as well while making you feel comfortable. I wanted to try everything then and there but i only have one mouth, tummy, and soul LOL. But i definitely will come back and bring friends!

Third time visiting Auntie Pricee ! Always a great experience! The food is delicious and the hospitality is outstanding! If you're ever in the area you have to eat here!

Auntie Pricee ewwww wheee! Let me drop this knowledge on those who care to listen I. Stopped by here and messed around and fount out !! got the fried ribs with Mac and cheese and yams . The rib's scrumptious the yams tasty the Mac and cheese yummy . Everything was Luscious!!! My only regret is not finding this place earlier in the week !!! Oh yeah the corn bread muffin was yummy as well . As for Ambiance well it's Aunties Pricee house enough said !! The next time we are back in Florida we will visit again !
