We've lived in the area for over 7 years... tonight was the 1st time ever order here... Around 7:15pm on a Monday, we walked in the food court, they offered us bourbon chicken and orange chicken samples, both were super flavourful! (Think that classic bourbon chicken from your favorite mall growing up... straight up nostalgia) Without hesitation, we ordered... 2x two meat plate with two sides. Both meals with bourbon chicken and orange chicken. They proceeded to make our meat options fresh to order from the kitchen (not something you typically expect from a food court)! We loved it! The food was just as tasty as the samples, super reasonably priced, and containers packed full! We will be back for sure!

An Asian restaurant in the Oviedo Mall food court with very friendly staff who are open to answering questions about the menu and giving samples. Most of their selection are different chicken options (Bourbon Chicken, Orange Chicken, Lemon Chicken etc) but for me, who doesn't eat chicken, they also offer shrimp. I got the shrimp meal with 2 sides (noodles and vegetables) for ~$12 which isn't too shabby at all and they give you quite a generous portion of the protein. The cajun shrimp was pretty good and not spicy, just a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. When I asked about the spice, they let me sample their potatoes which they used the same seasoning on.Initially, the noodles were a little lackluster in flavor and didn't have the little veggie pieces mixed in that you associate with lo mien from other restaurants but surprisingly, I'd say that the flavor profile came out a lot more upon reheating the next day. Don't know what the explanation is for that but it definitely tasted better as next-day leftovers. The vegetable side consists of a good variety of veggies (Chinese cabbage, carrots, broccoli etc) which I really appreciated. They are also constantly refreshing the platters so that the food you get is unlikely to have been sitting out for hours. Even when I ordered the vegetables and there was some left in the bowl, they quickly said that they would whip up a fresh batch for me. Overall, great experience and good value.

1 meat with 2 sides cost $11. I had the chicken with onion and pepper, chicken fried rice and vegetables (broccoli and cabbage). Despite being displayed cafeteria style, everything was very fresh, especially the vegetables, which came from the kitchen, perhaps because business was brisk. I waited maybe 5 minutes for my order. The meal was not only fresh, it was filling, too much for one meal. A couple with modest appetites could share one order. It was not heavily flavored. I'm guessing most customers' tastes don't favor spicy. I didn't look for sauces, but it was tasty enough. Ambience? Myeh. It's the food court at Oviedo Mall, so i took mine just outside to the picnic tables under spreading oak trees, very nice, and quiet, on a fine spring day. Value, service and taste ... excellent.

Awesome service. Bourbon chicken was amazing. Worth its weight in gold. Check them out when you ate looking for something fast, affordable and fresh.

Unbelievable quality and quantity of food you get for price you pay. On top of that the service is definitely 5 stars++. They will make sure you get enough food and will also offer to cook you fresh food if you're willing to wait. Their food always leaves me satisfied and is very tasty. Orange chicken is top notch and may be best I've ever had. Not lying when saying this could be the best Chinese takeout around and it's located in the Oviedo mall. If you want amazing/fresh Chinese you need to go here 100%!!!!

Fantastic! We sure weren't expecting to find truly great, perfectly cooked food in a mall food court, but this one at Oviedo Mall, Asian Express, has it! Fresh, delicious, amazing. Warm and friendly service too! Better than anything I have had delivered from so-called great restaurants. Try it! We got it to take home. Still piping hot when I got there, why can't the delivery services deliver hot food? Especially as this place is further from my house than othere I have ordered from.

Great establishment. Love the fried rice and also highly recommend their mixed vegetable dish!

Always good fresh food and very nice accommodating staff! They made the blackened chicken fresh for my son yesterday and food is consistently good as we've come here many times when we go to the movies.

Love asian express. Their orange chicken is amazing!! Always very nice and meat is freshly cooked, so your food will definitely be warm. I love to get the Lo mein and crab rangoons with my chicken and it definitely doesn't disappoint. For sure a hidden gem in Oviedo!
