Our server was McKenzie. One person in our party is allergic to onions and the Chef was not very accommodating. We ordered the pizza well done as an appetizer and had to send it back because it was not well done. The limoncello martini was very good. The spaghetti and meatballs was very good. It is a big bowl of spaghetti with two huge meatballs. The meatballs were a little dense, but very tasty! The chicken Parmesan is done the old-fashioned way-very authentic- and was excellent. I do wish they had authentic Italian bread with seasoned oil and balsamic .

Sat in the bar area. Waitress started off good. We ordered Cesar salad and a pasta dish. I order a soda water on the tap. Our main course arrived FIRST. We asked the waitress about the salads and she said "they are over there" (on the bar). And the she ran over and brought them to us. So there we are sitting with salads and main course. She also brought me a bottle of seltzer. (Not what I ordered). I also ordered a Bloody Mary which was basically vodka and tomato juice. Not good. All in all lousy service and food was just ok. The cheap Italian restaurant on the corner of edgewater it turns out is much better with lower cost and smarter servers. Disappointed that a higher end restaurant doesn't have well trained waiters. Not our first time there. Consistently the service is just never great and the food is just ok.

I'm out of town for work .. Sitting outside on the patio with no flies is everything .. OMG! The ambience is amazing. This triple tail fish was flaky, savory and delicious. The added crusted on the top... The meatball was filling . That sauce ... My goodness! I dip some of the bread .. perfect !! The server, Micheal was attentive and customer friendly.

Had a great lunch outing at this restaurant in College Park! We were greeted by a friendly face as soon as we walked in. Our server was very attentive and patient with us since we shared it was our first time visiting. We started with Caesar salads that came out very quickly. I was impressed that the anchovies were clean and not wildly salty. As we looked over the lunch menu, our server let us know we have to option of selecting dinner items too. They're also willing to change the pasta on any dish which I really appreciated. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again soon. My only feedback is that I wish they had a seafood and/or steak pasta option during lunch but I'm sure they would've added it if I asked. Well done Armando's.

Highly recommend!! It was a rainy, slow day for my husband and I and we had a great experience. I got the gnocchi and substituted the sauce for vodka sauce at the waitress's recommendation (she was so personable!) and it was delicious. My husband has the classic lasagna and loved it as well. The garlic bread at the beginning of the meal was great as well. Perfect warm dishes and environment for a rainy January day.

Stopped by Armando's for lunch on Labor Day. When we arrived just before 1pm there was only 1 person at the bar and no one else in the restaurant, which seemed odd. The hostess and the server were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and the decor is the right balance of polished and casual. We ordered a pizza to share and two side salads. Nothing was bad. But at the same time nothing was memorable or great. My Ceasar salad tasted similar to a bagged salad that you'd get from the grocery store - it makes do, but not remarkable. The pizza was really bland. Didn't taste bad and the ingredients tasted fresh, but it didn't have much flavor and missed the mark.

Wow. Armando's is a top-notch place! We had a large party - I think there were twelve of us. One person in our party lives in Armando's building, and they are regulars. We had no trouble getting reservations. The ambiance is very nice - well-decorated and spacious. The service and the food were both outstanding. With so many of us, I couldn't ask everyone to wait to start eating so I could take pictures of their food. I did get one picture of my Salmon Salad, which was great. The others at the table ordered a variety of food and everyone raved about it.I'm not sure when I'll be in Orlando next, but this is a definite on my go-to list for the future!

I noticed this gem walking from another restaurant in the college park area and decided to try it out with some good friends. I made a reservation with no issues. Walked in and was immediately seated. They have a very extensive menu and drink menu. Some of the pastas are homemade. Our server was so attentive and nice. She educated us on some of the menu items and answered all of our questions. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice: it's a nice Italian flare. They also have a large wine menu. We started with the meatballs and calamari for appetizers. Calamari was lightly fried and seasoned very well. The meatballs were very good. I had the salmon with white wine lemon sauce. The salmon was great, pan seared. I shared the cannoli with my friends and it was great (first time trying it)Definitely try this gem in college park!

Fun little Italian place in Winter Park. I'd say that the good is the ambience, whether inside or outside it's quite nice and gives that 'small neighborhood niche' energy. Our server was super nice and offered us a tiramisu on the house unprompted. The energy is nice and chill. However, the food is quite underwhelming. The bruschetta was fine and had a fresh flavor from the tomatoes but I think it could've had more flavor. Definitely not the worst I've ever had but nothing spectacular. 5/10The free bread was good, it was dusted with cheese and came with a delightful little olive oil. I got the Rigatoni Armando's which is essentially just rigatoni pasta with a mid marinara sauce (plus sausage n peppers which was nice). The pasta was a little undercooked in my opinion, as it was a little chewy. The sauce was kind of bland too. It tastes like it could've come out of a jar. All in all, the flavor doesn't match the fancy vibe of the place. 4.5/10The free tiramisu looked a little dry but was not bad, quite soft and flavorful. 6.5/10 on the tiramisu.

Food is great however the service isn't. For the most part, the waitstaff is on the younger, less experienced side. For the prices that they charge, I expect MUCH better service. We ordered Caesar salads to start, followed by the pasta main dish. In the USA, it's custom to get the salad first. However, the waitress brought the pasta first, and when I asked what happened the salads, she answered, "oh, they're over there." Meaning they were ready and just sitting there waiting to be brought to us.Long story short, who wants to eat a salad and the pasta dish at the same time?!?!Seriously the experience was ruined, which is a shame because the food is generally so good.
