Arepera La Nueva

I can't remember the last time I was so badly ripped off. The thing is, sometimes you go to these seedy looking hole in the wall places and find amazing food. It wasn't like that here though.EXPENSIVE!! Almost $12 for an arepa that was ok at best. Their empanadas are small yet they ask $5 for them but the real kicker... check out the pictures of their desserts. Burnt, old, and disgusting. The 2 desserts were $13 with tax and we ended up having to throw them out in the trash.If you've ever read my reviews before, you know that I very rarely leave bad reviews, but this left such a bad impression on me and my family. Waste of money, time, and effort. Avoid.

Second time here and not disappointed at all with the food , they stay open late , which is a plus .Staff is friendly and at night you only get to order thru a little window , not bad place for late snacks

Amazing Arepas and Quick Service!"The arepas here are incredible--so fresh and flavorful! The service is super fast, perfect for when you're in a hurry but still want great food. Highly recommend this spot!

This place has the best Venezuelan arepas in Orlando. I have been going here for years (even when they had a different name) and the quality and flavor has remained constant. My favorite arepa is the Reina Pepiada with chicken, avocado, and cheese. Another favorite is the arepa with carne mechada (shredded beef). If you go to an arepa place, always ask for sauces including the garlic, rosada (pink), spicy or green.They also serve Venezuelan meals like pabellon with rice, beans, shredded meat, sweet plantain, white cheese, and arepa plain. There's also cachapas, tequenos and traditional Venezuelan desserts. One thing they could improve is keeping the tables clean after a customer leaves. The couple times I have dine-in the tables were dirty and I had to ask someone to help us clean them up.This is one of those places where you can go and eat an arepa at midnight. They are open until late.

Many choices for Venezuelan food around the Orlando area and I love hole in the wall restaurants so Arepera La Nueva was it! Not a fancy spot but authentic flavors, and deliciously fresh food!

This is my favorite spot in ALL of Orlando. I cannot recommend it enough, everything is always so fresh, the cachapas are to die for, the passion fruit slushy is ... absolutely unreal and will cure your hangover with one sip. It's also open late! All around a great restaurant

Delicious Venezuelan based food. A very casual spot to quickly dine in or takeout. The portions are filling and well worth it - definitely get your moneys worth. The best part is that they are open later than most food places- so you have another late night bite that is much better than fast food. I visited around 10pm and was happy with my meal.

My favorite place for arepa's in Orlando. When ever I go to the airport I stop by here on the way back. We had the chicken arepas today the bottom of the arepa was chunky which made them so good. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Las arepas están ricas pero a veces están duras . lo terrible de este lugar en realidad es el servicio al cliente. deberían mejorar mucho como tratan las mujeres a los clientes(y yo también soy mujer ) . Ya me ha pasado varias veces que lo tratan mal a uno . Hoy tuve que pasar a comprar almuerzo y la persona que me atendió simplemente me dio cambio de menos . Según ella no tenía en la caja pero ni siquiera me preguntó si para mí estaba bien , simplemente me dijo que me daba de menos se dio la vuelta y se fue . Cada vez que pasó por aquí me dan ganas de no volver . Si van a tratar así a las personas mejor no trabajen !!

I just can't believe how they raise the prices. 10 dollars for 1 arepa. I rather to go a nice restaurant instead. plus the costumer service is horrible. the think they doing us a favor Plus they want tips. Please give me a break
