Nothing is more frustrating than driving several miles to get something to eat and after carefully placing your order, waiting for the drive thru to move up, paying a pretty penny and getting home only to discover that the sandwich was not made as requested. Now I couldn't have just said make whatever you want and shove it in the bag. But they asked me what I wanted. So I told them. I had every expectation of getting the same thing I ordered. Any reasonable person would after all. It's not realistic to drive all the way back to get it fixed. But I am going to put it out there that it be a reminder to you to carefully check your order before you leave the drive thru lane. As for the crew working at Arby's tonight thank you for not being a little more considerate of your customers. We have already lowered our expectations, we don't ask for anything more than to get our orders right. BTW nationally restaurant employment numbers are now equal to pre-pandemic levels, so staffing isn't the reason.

They miss order notes and leave items out of the order on a constant basis. Not sure why we keep trying. We even called and let them know last time so at least they were aware of the mess up and the manager on the phone said, "okay, and?" So I guess this is just how they are now?

I know we going through a recession and all but where's the beef? I miss the old days when you ordered a beef and cheddar and you got a "beef" and cheddar... everything still taste great just not what it used to be i guess

I'm glad I spent nearly 6 dollars for approximately 17 cents worth of turkey and bread. I used to love the market fresh sandwiches back in the day, but this is nothing more than a $1.99 gas station sandwich wrapped in plastic. You guys know how much a Chick-fil-A sandwich cost right? Never again..

I'd appreciate not having to go "hello? Hello?" to get service. An employee saw me, said she'd be with me "in a minute" and then continued to laugh at a joke someone else had said, clearly more interested in her conversation than her job. If I'm at arby's, it's because I want food. I don't mind waiting, but when it isn't busy, employees are chatting in the back, and I'm raising my voice to get some service just to be told to wait a minute, I'm considering the McDonald's next door instead

will be putting this in the google review also. I just went to the one on Tuskawilla in Winter Springs. I am so over them and this is the reason. First I ordered off of the mix and match 3 for $5. Which was a roastbeef slider, buffalo chicken slider and a small ice tea UNSWEET. She read the order back exactly like I said. I get to the window though and she charged me $6.71. Okay no biggie except I know that $5 X 1.07= $5.35. Okay now I pull up to eat my food and I make my service dog's sandwich and hand it back to him. Then I opened up mine which was suppose to buffalo chicken and it was just a chicken slider. Okay I am a diabetic and having the shakes this will still work. Then I take a sip out of my tea and it was fu8king a sweet tea. I am boiling now. I come home cause I still have to get to the pharmacy before they close for lunch so I get home and call them about it and I will say I am over these kids working. They don't pay attention to anything. They want these dang raises but not do the work for it. I am in my mid 50's and know how to work a register and I always learned what was on the menu boards at every place I have ever worked. It's called train your staff right. I am never going back to that one nor the one in Casselberry cause I am over the kids and you are a kid until you learn your job or at least 25 yeaars old. She was like we are all adults here and I told what ever you think. I told her I was never coming back there and her reply was that's fine. She wanted me to get back into my truck and drive back up (not doing that) cause as hot under the collar I was the police would have been calleld. I will only from here on out go to the one's at the truckstops cause they do know how to work and get orders right.

I am a huge Arby's fan but once they got rid of the potato cakes and bronco berry sauce I drew the line. If I ever go to Arby's now it's only for their chocolate milkshakes and DO NOT order a mint milkshake from this Arby's because they NEVER PUT THE ANDES MINTS ON TOP EVER! And occasionally I'll get a gyro. Also how you gonna replace those awesome potato cakes with those tasteless nasty crinkle fries??

Horrible rude service and management. Employees would rather joke and talk while there is a line of people then do anything about it. They were also out of medium fry containers so they made you buy a larger size. Not just a one time incident on the rude service. I keep coming back thinking it might change, but that would have to be a clean sweep of all the employees.
