Service, good. Food... ugh.So I ordered the 2 for $7 nuggets which basically ended up being fried chicken crumbs. Fried hard and dry. I also ordered a large orange cream shake. It had chocolate drizzle on top which blended with the orange flavor and well, that's not a combination I asked for. Total waste of money.

I should have to ask you for a napkin for drive through. Everything else was great. Food was good and they were polite. I just really need a napkin with that beef and cheddar.

Went to pick up lunch for my son after he spent the morning getting his teeth cleaned, etc. I stopped in at this Arby's, walked up to order and was treated with professional and attentive service from the young lady taking orders. The place was spotless, organized, with an industrious looking and very polite staff, who had our food ready, fresh and hot, in a jiffy. As I was leaving, I had somehow left a bag behind, and a thoughtful young man caught up with me at the door and gave it to me. The food was neatly wrapped, well put together and very good. That, and the great service, cleanliness will bring us back. Great job at this location, Arby's!

This is definitely the worst fast food chain in the area. Waited in line for almost 20 mins. When I got to the window, they told me that they were out of french fries. Wanted me to pull forward and wait even longer. I told them to not worry about the french fries because I did not want to wait any longer. Girl shoved the bag out of the window at me. Never offered any condiments or anything else close the window after I got the bag. Pretty sure the sandwich was not half pound sandwich like I ordered.

Went through the drive through tonight to grab a bite to eat. We were pushed out of the thought window and told to park at the white line to get our food. Three cold roast beef sandwiches and one chicken. Half cooked fries. No Arby's sauce or napkins. But the drive thought timer says we got out in record time. And they wonder way sales are slow.

Giving a full star because you have to give something. This is the worst fast food restaurant in Oviedo! The food and service used to be good here, but something has definitely changed. Food thrown into wrappers and falling apart when you open it. Orders absolutely wrong. It has to be a competition between the workers as to who can screw up an order the worst. Not only that, but when waiting at the window to get the food, you can hear the workers cursing at each other. This place is terrible now. If there is a new manager, please get this place back in order.

We've been getting takeout from Arby's close to our house about once a month. Our favorite is the Greek Gyro. It is an excellent sandwich for a fast food chain. It is also very affordable.
