The sliders here at $1 each from 2-5pm so we loaded up on them. This dollar menu extends to shakes and fries as well! You can choose from the jalapeno roast beef to regular roast beef to some sort of pizza slider.The fries were lukewarm which bumps this down to 3 stars and also the service for everyone before and after us having the wrong order in some way, shape, or form. For instance they forgot the guy's soda in front of me was the wrong flavor and they gave me the wrong flavor shake.Once they get their act together this will be 4 stars.

My last visit was a few years ago. My experience was so bad, l had to look them up to see if they were still in business. The wait was long. Some of the employees didn't look like they wanted to be there. I finally got my food but it was a Pyrrhic victory. I visited a second time. I was smarter next time and I bailed after waiting too long. "Fool me once, won't get fooled again."

The new burger sucks. First of all, when you see the commercial and compare it to what you get, it's laughable. A small shriveled up and dry patty that tastes like rancid meat. Was amazed when the bun we opened and the burger was about 33% the diameter of the bun. Two bites and it went in the trash. On the other hand the jalapeno poppers are very good.

Obliged the cultural appropriation thing and ordered a Rueben for St. Patrick's Day. The rye bread was soft and thick sliced with a fair amount of corned beef. Service was what is now average for fast food restaurants. Curly fries were warm, not hot, but tolerated them.

This is the worst Arby's.Always slow, employeess ALWAYS on their phones.Today, I walk in:Out of nuggets.Out of roast beef.I thought they "had the meats."Apparently they really don't have any meats.Also, they looked closed when we first pulled up.Just an overall horrible experience.My comment: this Arby's needs to learn how to correctly place their product orders.

Tried this location for the first time. Also tried their new fish meal for the first time.Service was fast, polite, & accurate. Food flavor was good. Portion size on the other hand was a joke. $9 for what looks like maybe $1 worth of food. Absolutely zero value. Do not buy.

To be fair we stopped here to get milkshakes after picking up our lunch next door. We had just planned on getting regular vanilla milkshakes originally. When we were pulling up to the sign to order I noticed the advertising for their holiday milkshake. I had to ask my companion if they wanted vanilla or if they wanted to try the caramel cinnamon. Of course we both went for the caramel cinnamon milkshakes. These were truly some fabulous milkshakes. It's nice to be able to have something a little different from time to time. I didn't get to try the food but I've always had good luck with consistency at Arby's. Hopefully we will get to stop back one day and do a complete lunch when we are in the area.

They gave my order away multiple times and then gave me someone else's order, Which was wrong. Kind of ruined my lunch since I didn't check till I returned to work, and I didn't much care for the sandwich I was given instead. Also fix your ice machine and refill the paper towels in the bathroom.
