Experiencing repeated requests to back up behind a red pole to pull forward again in the drive-through at this Arby's has been frustrating. It seems like a consistent practice, and something being trained to the employees by leadership. It's now happened 3 different times all by a different drive through personal . It's obvious they are trying to cheat a metric. The most recent time, I said no to this silly request and the drive through got really rude towards me. They then messed up my order. Unfortunately, I pulled forward and was unable to back up due to a car being behind me and at this point was unable to go inside to correct the order due to having young children in the car. I love Arby's but won't be retuning to this location.

Great place to stop if you are looking for a little something for a snack or hold over till dinner or lunch about 3-4 hours down the road. I guess it is rated as fast food but to me soooo much better. Their roast beef is delicious & moist. They have a variety of other sandwiches such as Italian, Reubens & others. Their curly fries are amazing. Food is always hot and satisfying. The kids like it too.

I normally don't post or checkin to fast food places unless they are HORRIBLE or FABULOUS ,they are fast food places right ..LOLSo been coming to this location for the $1 Coke floats promotions this summer that the little one has enjoyed ... Always saw and heard about "THE MEATS" commercials so I gave the food a try..had the GREEK GYRO meal with Onion rings and it was pretty good the rings were HUGE and cooked to order as well as the sandwiches..I'm surprised this location is not very busy,they do more drive thru then dine in..place is clean but needed a little attention this time on floors, the decor is up to date. Service is always nice and fast... I will be bad the next few weeks before going back to clean eating LOL.. don't forget to ring the bell on the way out for good service ...

This location offers great value, friendly service and a clean bathroom; you really can't ask for too much more from a fast food spot. Stopped by for a quick bite and found out about their Daily Happy Hour which runs from 2-5pm and consists of sliders, fries, shake or drink for only $1. I tried their chicken, corned beef and roast beef sliders and all were very tasty. Added some curly fries to complete the meal and I walked away with a happy belly. If you're in the mood for a quick and cheap bite, there are far worse options in the area.

We dined in the Ocoee location on Sept. 4, 2020. The sign on the door said masks were required until you are at a table eating. It is also a requirement for Orange County as per our Mayor. Five men in lime green shirts from Acme Glass came in without masks, ordered their food then sat at a table to eat. I mentioned to the person wiping off tables that the men weren't wearing masks and she said, "thanks to our governor, what do you expect?" We like Arby's food, be we won't be back to this location!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I ordered 2 curly fries and 1 roast beef sandwich. The lady in the drive thru was so rude and unfriendly. She hates her job. It's not my fault she works there. Roast beef took 1 bite and had to throw it away. the fries were the same thing. Go there if these 3 things appeal to you. COLD, SOGGY, GROSS

Firstly, let me start by saying I am in love with your boneless buffalo wings, so happy you brought back the $6 nine-piece box.That being said, I probably visit this Arby's like four times a week due to this addiction, and I am always amazed by the awesome attitudes of the staff at this location.Even when they're super busy, I'm talking line wrapped around the building busy, they always get my order right.But, why I am really taking the time to write this review is because of one of the workers. Bree is absolutely amazing and always has an awesome attitude. Again, I come to this store like four times a week, and every time I am greeted by a smile as she seems to live in that window. She's always super pleasant, and very attentive. She even knows my preference on sauces, and always has them in a bag when I pull up-I don't know, maybe she has my voice memorized by now, but it's killer customer service in all the best ways.Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it.P.S. You should seriously give Bree and her team some recognition for all their hard work and wonderful attitudes, it's rare in this post-COVID world we live in, that I find this level of care in any industry- Let alone a fast food change.Seriously, guys, they're epic.

horrible... ordered corm beef Ruben...bread no toasted... 25% had a small piece of meet with Swiss on top and a very small amount of dressing ...I took it back and requested a refund... got the refund but no effort to apologize or correct... they were not busy... and obvious no one cares... $13 meal for lunch... we love Arby's but this store was a disappointment... just wish people cared about their work... and they want to pay this service $15/ hour or more...sorry but we will not return to this store.
