Absolutely the worst drive true tru Casselberry, been stuck here for 18 mins so far with only 5 cars in front of me, unbelievable, close your store, this is not the first time but it will definitely be my last, so much for my lunch break.

I received a page of coupons in the mail so I drove to this location to use one of them. The first thing I ordered I was told they didn't accept that particular coupon at this time. So I ordered something else with another coupon. Then I was told that coupon wasn't ringing up correctly. So I asked about another one, the employee went to ask and then came back and said they were not actually accepting coupons at all at this time. I have used coupons at this location before. The employee was nice about it, but Arbys shouldn't send coupons in the mail if they are not going to be honored at nearby locations.

Pros: this place has a very diverse menu for a fast food restaurant. The service is usually fast fun and friendly.Cons: Its troubling that the classic Roast Beef Sandwich got bumped from number one to number five on the menu. I have no clue why I have fallen in love so bad with this chain, probably it because of their brisket or the chicken sandwich w bacon? , their fries absolutely and etc! Personnel at Casselberry Restaurant are very cordial!

I ordered and paid for a roast beef double meal. I received a regular sized sandwich. So i went back to the counter & Mara or Maria? threw my sandwich in the trash & the manager verbally told the sandwich maker to make a double "off the screen". I would have been happy for them to just add the extra meat to my sandwich, i hate to see food go to waste. So it looks like you really have to check your order at this Arby's b4 you leave...

Stumbled upon this Arby's while running errands a few months ago, and I love coming back every time I'm near by. Always very clean and smells pleasant. Nice facility all around, even the parking lot. Staff is always great and friendly, and food comes out fast and hot. Always tastes great. They have a great 'happy hour' where there are several items for $1. Beats any other fast food joint!

Can't be mad about Arby's. Almost 60 years old, this company still cranks out quality sammiches.New revamped menu, the classics are all still there: beef n cheddar, potato cakes, jamocha shakes, and of course - the roast beef. Keeping up with the Jones', they have added chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks, along with roast turkey and other deli selections.Popped in for lunch because, you know, I haven't had Arby's in like, three whole hours. Just kidding, it's probably been at least 7-8 months, so I was definitely surprised to see the changes on the menu. This particular location was a little difficult to access (have to make a U-turn to get to, then avoid a right-lane-ending debacle) but when I arrived, the lot was clean, albeit empty.Clean interior, however, my dining companion remarked about a particular aroma wafting through the air - and not one of freshly sliced Grade A roast beef. I, however, was 2 Claritin deep due to allergies, and could not support this.My first trip, as always, is the bathroom. If a company's bathroom is poorly kept, there's a good chance it echoes throughout the business. It wasn't the cleanest I have ever seen, but it was up to par. All supplies filled to expectation, and there were no errant spills or stains or smells to be partaken. Good on 'ya, Arby's.We were the only patrons in the establishment, save for a car salesman ordering two dozen Jr. Roast Beefs. We were greeted by a friendly employee, order taken quickly and accurately, and was informative. We sat down and waited a few minutes, maybe 5-7 for our food. I have no problem with waiting, especially if it means my food is cooked to order, hot, fresh and tasty. Just because it's "fast" food, doesn't mean I have to shove cold curly fries and soggy roast beef sandwiches down my throat.The food was excellent. Flavorful roast beef and crispy curly fries, paired with newcomers mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. The only complaint was the cheese on the beef-n-cheddar. Just didn't have the same zip it used to.All-in-all, an on par fast food encounter, with an upgrade in the food quality. I'm not in this area too often, but I would definitely come back again.Don't forget to ring the bell!

Alright before I start my review I want to say that I will continue to order from Arby's because I love their turkey and pastrami!!! For a fast food restaurant it's great!!! But besides that let me tell you about one specific employee at the Semoran Blvd location. I've come across her a few times and I don't enjoy her very much. She sounds fine at the order box but at the window it's a different story. Just grabs and hands back your card, throws a ton of napkins in the back, and slides the window . My last receipt stated her name as "Alexxus"but she's more like "A damn Pontiac" with those hips but anyway I love the food .
