Can't believe the low scores given for this restaurant! I admit I'm not an avid Applebees customer but it's perfectly located at our resort so we went for it! It was very late we had spent our entire day at Disney world and we were beat! Our feet hurt & exhausted but I thought a refreshing drink would finish the perfect day off! We were greeted by a wonderful cheerful host and got even luckier with a friendly humorous waiter. We both decided on the two drink specials a $5 vodka spiked sangria and a$10 bucket of fruity sunshine(I forgot the name but the only other $10 bucket was the Long Island ice tea. He helped us describing the drinks and we added a bbq riblet platter with fries-Asian sauce he recommended. Wow! Would def have this again!!!! Sauce has a definite kick to it in a good way. We just enjoyed our selves! Clean tables & would highly recommend!

Our server was nice, and food was good. Fries were spot on, and they have a decent impossible burger. I usually get their pasta and wanted to try something new, and I'm glad I did.

Unfortunately, the buffet was the same one I get for free at a hotel breakfast. It was mediocre at best. Our service was okay- when asking for coffee refills, I was told to find my server. I won't be back.

After getting in late , the expedited service and delicious food was just what I needed. Our server Vini went above and beyond making our trip to Applebees a memorable one. Will be back again!!

Would absolutely not recommend this location. I try my best to have a fair sense of quality service and understand operations can get busy- that said- this operation wasn't busy. It was slow, at best. ***************The breakfast staff- so kind, caring, considerate. In partnership with IHG to offer a warm/continental breakfast to hotel guests. The night staff? Absolutely not. Theres an incredibly creepy guy that has white teeth and overly tanned skin. He (the overly tanned white toothed man) mocked me multiple times when asking if there were any known dairy free options on the menu (due to food allergies). He said "oh you don't have an allergy" and "what? You get some gas?". I was absolutely stunned someone would question the validity of a food allergy while speaking directly with a guest- esply while working in the food industry. He called me "sweetheart" and told me to pay more (go to a different restaurant) if I wanted my allergies to be considered. I didn't understand what I was doing. He would stand at the edge of our table and stare. And when I would look up and ask "yes?" He laughed and said, "have I made you uncomfortable, yet?" Yes. Yes, you have. He's so creepy. Afterwards I split the bill with my date and he charged me FOR BOTH BILLS. He said "why can't he pay for both?" And then stated at me again. He stood in silence for nearly a minute. I said, please take care of our bill we'd like to leave. And he went to the register and from the register at the bar asked my date if he was "getting lucky tonight". And then creep is joy laughed and said "good luck with that one, she looks like a handful". Absolutely repulsed. He's the type of person that likes a reaction. We quietly walked out. Left 18% and won't ever be back. The high top - half booths are really neat. Had I not been so uncomfortable during the experience, I'd consider returning for the environment Applebees, why on earth is this okay? Messed up our bills and complained that I requested info on dairy free options? I was simply curious. I just don't get it.

I think the food at Applebee's is pretty good, a bit better than the average sports bar. And the bar drinks menu is quite good. Prices are certainly reasonable.We tried the Classic Combo appetizer, which was plenty of food for two as a complete lunch. The Perfect Margarita was actually quite perfect.I think the low ratings for this place are because it probably gets busy with tourists at certain times and they get bogged down. But our weekday lunch was uncrowded and service was good.Note that since this Applebee's is connected to a hotel it also serves breakfast from 6:30am.

I was not expecting much as I have not been to an Applebee's in probably 15 years, nor am I much of a chain restaurant type of person. we needed something quick and easy and this was located at the hotel we were staying in. We kept it safe and just ordered burgers and a chicken sandwich and everything was actually very good. The highlight of our meal was definitely the service. Our server Dale was friendly, attentive and very personable. Would come back just to hang with him for a couple of hours.

Very disappointing. I ordered the oriental chicken salad to go and what I received was nothing like the picture on the menu. Very small salad for $16 and they forgot to include the breadstick. I'm local and won't likely eat here again.

Maybe the Applebee's near me in Ann Arbor is exceptionally BAD but this has been one of THE BEST Applebee's I've ever visited. The food looked as if it could be in a commercial and was cooked to perfection! Our server Kevin was fabulous and efficient! Ignore the bad reviews!!! (Also side note this picture is what was left AFTER I finished eating!)
