I honestly remember why I chose not to eat here.This one is located in Orlando next to the hotel we were staying in.The restaurant was pretty empty.The waiter was nice and professional. He tried his best to make us happy.The mozzarella sticks were good. Hot and cheesy. I ordered two orders of them in place of my nachos. My nachos were not good. The ground beef was burnt. He said they cook it on the grill. He brought me more and it looked the same. No taste just hard and crunchy. The cheese didn't make it taste any better. They took the nachos off my tab.I didn't take a picture of the shrimp and fries. The shrimps tasted frozen and nasty. I won't be returning.

Been going to this Applebee every working day since I stay in the Sheraton closeby. The food is typical good American. The taste is good and the volume is huge! The specials are so affordable compared to the west coast! Enjoyed very much and will definitely go back. Jada the sweet lady from Applebee even found my wallet with my real id. Appreciate so much, best experience in Orlando! Many thanks!

Eh, it's a neighborhood Applebees. Nothing special. The food was fine, the service was not. It was a slow lunch rush and it took forever for us to get anything. Definitely not planning to come back.

I'm going to give this place 2 stars. The host was great and my bartender had a good attitude. Place was clean but very old school. This place definitely needs to be upgraded immediately especially since it's around hotels and businesses. The GM definitely dropped the ball on making this place great so the staff can make money. I had a $2.99 house margarita that is served all day everyday but that was nasty. I had to lick the salt everytime to make the drink taste better. I ordered Honey bbq wings... some wings were hot and others were cold. Let's not forget the amount of bbq sauce the wings had on them and all over the plate. Not gonna lie but the celery had a funky taste to them as well. I wish this place was good but I won't be coming back.

I only got take out but it was ready in time. Got a burger. Asked for all the toppings including cheese on the side...cheese was melted between two patties. Turned out ok though.

Super disappointing experience here. My friends and I stopped in after a day at the springs for some decent priced drinks and food. Big mistake. So many things went wrong. The restaurant was basically empty besides three tables and a couple people at the bar. There was no excuse for our experience here. First things first, although we were a large party, I made sure that we were ordering in order, and that no one was talking over each other while the server was at the table. We were all super hungry from a day at the springs, so we were ready to eat. We saw a deal on the menu that said we could add a dozen shrimp to ANY steak dish for $1, so my friend and I got the 2 for $28 deal and asked our server if we could add the shrimp to his steak. She told us yes, but it would be about a $2 upcharge and we agreed to proceed. It ended up being 6 grilled shrimp for $3.49. My friend got the chicken tenders basket and a side of green beans. It was the saddest looking plate of chicken tenders for $12. My friend did not get his green beans. Another friend of mine order the mac and cheese with honey chicken tenders, which he ended up getting the wrong meal. He got the chicken penne pasta. My other friend order nachos and they didn't come out until almost forty minutes after everyone else's food came out. My other friend ordered boneless wings with a side of fries, which ended up coming out with rice instead. When we tried to get our server to tell her about how our food came out and didn't come out, we didn't see her for so long. She never came back to check on us, she had one other table of one person and us, and we hardly saw her at all to notify her. We flagged down another server and let him know about all the issues we were having, and he told us a manager would come over. Manager never came over, but our server did and just sighed and asked, "what's up," when we had told her our issues the nachos still took another 20 minutes to come out, my friend got his mac and cheese after a bit too. My other friend ended up sending the chicken tenders back untouched. She didn't even offer him to get anything else. This all could've been avoided had she read us back our orders, which she neglected to do resulting in majority of our food coming back. If she had come back to check on us, our problems could've been fixed a lot sooner. Come to paying, we asked for separate checks and waited another 25 minutes and we didn't see her for that whole period of time. We figured we wanted to get out of there, so I went up to her and just asked her to recombine the checks and do one instead of waiting for her to run all of our checks separately and waste another hour there. She ended up charging us for the chicken tenders that we didn't even eat. At that point, we were fed up and didn't want to wait for her to come back and just left after we paid. Still tipped 20%, but absolutely ridiculous service.

Thank you to the owner for opening the day after Milton. Thank you to the staff who made it in today to serve us weary and tired travelers who needed food and a place to rest. Also, thank you for letting us sit on your outdoor deck so that we could take care of our traveling dog. Food was great and very welcome. This restaurant was extremely difficult to get to. Even with GPS there are so many turns near the correct one. Parking lots and dead ends. I went to Applebee's because of an add I saw for a $9.99 chicken sandwich. The sandwich was not flavorful and the fries were nothing to write home about. The restaurant was practically empty and the meal took a long time to come out. I will not be eating at Applebee's in the future.
