Came by yesterday as we were hungry and didn't want to leave the area. I haven't been here in a while so I thought to give it a try. The Asian chile boneless wings were very good. My s/o got the loaded fries, they were okay. We also got the sirloin as our entree. Honestly it could use more flavor. The steak was very bland, as were the mashed potatoes. Our server Lexi was very attentive and provided us with great service. It was very quiet and slow, which surprised me because years ago I remember this location to be packed.

Great lunch and with healthy options. Not overly busy but hey it's not Houston. Bartender was very nice and quick with everything. Great pricing and steak cooked perfectly. I need to order medium next time, not medium rare as it always hurts later...yikes.

I recently visited Applebee's and I must say, it was yet another disappointing experience. The ambiance was lackluster, with dim lighting and outdated decor that did little to enhance the dining experience. The service was abysmal, with waitstaff seeming more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. The food quality was downright dreadful; it tasted like it had been reheated multiple times before reaching my table. Each visit seems to mark a new low, with the overall experience steadily declining. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment.

Service was fast on is always relaxing and the food was very flavorful. Although what I ordered looked nothing like the picture in the menu it was still very tasty. Our server was attentive. It was overall a good experience and I'm not sure why they have such a low rating, but if you've rated them low, I think you should come back and give them another try.

Not a great visit. Boneless buffalo wing was transparent raw pink in middle. Waitress said "OMG let me show the manager". Disappeared and we never saw manager or any adjustment or replacement. Wife ordered Impossible Burger medium. Was told it had to be well done because it was a "veggie burger" (lame). I showed the recommended medium off the Impossible website (attached) and was told that was wrong. Grabbed the old bottle of ketchup off the table and it was dried up and empty all in all, probably won't be back here. Staff was not friendly, just sort of inattentive and slow. Not like the place was busy. And to top it off... the pen they gave me to sign with was out of ink LOL! .

Tremendous visit... I thought it was going good at the beginning because we got seated under 5 minutes, however, our server took super long to even get our drink and food orders. 10 minutes pass by and we still haven't gotten our drinks after we spoke to her, she shortly approaches us and tells us she needs to retake our order because she lost her paper. She messed up our appetizers order and straight up completely missed my grandma's entree. When my sirloin came out all the food was ice cold. Terrible service. Gross food. Dirty plates. 0 Stars!!!

Restaurant is clean and staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. My server was the bartender and he was very kind and personable and the food came out quite quickly and was hot and delicious. The manager made a table visit to assure our experience was favorable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.Happy hour right before close is the best deal!Ayeisha and Hector make it always a pleasant visit.

Food is awful but the service was great from the only server that they had. I felt bad for him because it was pretty busy. We had a table of 8 women and did the best he could. The place was very quiet and bla... the manager needs to get act together.

Ordered the app sampler and it was stone cold. They said they brought me out a brand new one but it was the same one still cold..... don't like being lied to. They forgot to bring out my friend's meal and everyone else was already done. I do not recommend this Applebees.
