Jared at the bar is phenomenal. His drinks are perfectly coordinated. He is friendly and funny too! I always appreciate hanging out with Jared at the bar and spending time with him. The food is always satisfying when we come here!

First off there managers are a piece of work! I went in for a job interview I live close by as well in college park! Never again will I eat there anymore they food was great but that was it I told my fiancee let's go to Outback Steakhouse instead! Then Applebees ! You guys suck!

This location is night and day above the level of other Applebee's in the area. It is clean, has plenty of comfortable seating and the music isn't too loud. The servers and bartenders are friendly and prompt with service.The daily late night happy hour specials (10 pm to close) are a great deal at 50% off most of the appetizers. The appetizers are served at full serving sizes. We have tried several different appetizers and have been happy with each one to date.They also offer several daily drink specials. Some of the drinks are served in huge mega sized glasses. The house margarita for $2.99 is a hard pass though. It is basically juice as if it has no alcohol in it. Not worth the calories.We will definitely be back for more happy hour nights.

We haven't had the best luck at any Applebee's lately. But we needed a late bite to eat, and most places were closed or really busy (plus I was craving Applebee's boneless wings, and we were almost to 10pm for half-price appetizers). I'm glad we stopped. We were seated in minutes, and greeted energetically by our server, Adolpho. His smile and enthusiasm were infectuous. His recommendation of the wonton taco's was spot-on! While he did forget that my wife asked for hot water with lemon (he brought ice water), the poor guy was also tending to a large group nearby, and his personality and positivity far overcame the one small mis-step.Our food was promptly served with smiles by two other employees who were also pleasant and energetic. I tried one of the wonton tacos, and Adolpho was right. they were tasty! (warning, they ARE a little spicy - and I like spicy). The food looked great, tasted great, and thanks to half-price appetizers after 10, what a bargain! In short, our decision to try Applebee's again was a good one. We had a great experience, and will visit this location again for sure - especially if we can get Adolpho as our server (he made sure to let us know he usually works the early shift. Best of all, he thanked US for being great customers!

Today was decent for Applebees since it's always a hit or miss. But I am giving it high marks because there was kid named Trey and he was hostessing and showed some real promise for the continued positive growth of this place. He was very friendly and helpful. Since we waited so long for things we got to watch the staff and I will say that kid hustles. He was bussing every table, talking to every guest, fixing stuff in the kitchen for the servers. He ran circles around most of the servers there. Not sure why he's not a server he should be. Congratulations on getting a good employee. Hope you keep him.

Horrible customer service (and not the first time either). My wife attempted to place a "to go" order in person - was told by the host that a server would take her order. Waited over five minutes and then left without ordering. The host announced to incoming customers that the kitchen was "backed up" and instructed them to be seated at the bar. Then a Carrabba's delivery person arrived with a dinner order for the Applebee's staff. Previously, we waited and waited for a "to go" order and their staff was confused on payment for our order, allowing our food to get cold in the process. We will NOT be returning to this Applebee's.

My family and I visited Applebees Clermont branch and this time, we had a very nice time. The service and food were great! Food temperatures were good and so were the presentation. Our not so good experience last time maybe just a one-off.
