DON'T DO IT! I went to this small bistro for some good boricuan food. So, I ordered the sandwich de pavo right, well, there was this strange cheap meat on the bun but not Pavo!!! It took him so long to make it that my mouth was watering as I waited for my large, toasted, turkey filled sandwich. I'm also Hispanic and we don't make wimpy sandwiches. I told the dude to ensure there was no type of Pork but the strange meat looked red, like really. I should've have know when my food was done & he called me to pick up at the counter, that the da!! Bag was too light!!! Ummm I paid good money for a bag of bread topped with air and filled with imagination. Guys, seriously and it wasn't cheap either. I watched another guy order about 10 FULL minutes after me and he received his food first and his sandwich was stacked! Hey, I'll let you judge for yourself... I gave this poor, disgusting sandwich it's own photo shoot. If you do not speak Spanish, you'll have an even harder time here. SAVE YOUR MONEY and head to Melao.

Bad and expensive food. 2 plates of food as seen in the photo i pay $55. Shrimp with garlic (6 shrimp). Fried meat (7 pieces). Everything you see on the plate 55$. I do not recommend it at all.Comida super mala y cara. Por 2 platos de comida tal y como se ven en la foto pague 55$. Camarones al ajillo (6 camarones). Carne frita (7 pedacitos). Todo lo q ven en el plato 55$. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Great service and authentic flavors! I tried the carne frita with tostones and they were crispy. Another family member tried the mofongo with camarones and it had great flavors, too.

Do not go here. Horrible service. You aren't even greeted at the register, once you're there they just look at you and expect you to start ordering. They never have the oatmeal I go for, and if they do, some thing is wrong with it. I once ordered TWO sandwiches at 11:25am and received my order at 12:03... Upon arriving, there was a couple sitting in to eat, about 5 minutes later they received their food, ate, and left during the time I waited for those TWO sandwiches I ordered. Just don't waste your time here, the service is just absolutely horrible. The one star I gave is for the food, it's not the best but it's ok.
