Hands down the best baker in the Central Florida area. Annette has created some of my most memorable memories. From my kids milestone birthdays to my 50th birthday she never disappoints. Don't be confused at the beauty of the cakes. The actual cake is incredibly delicious, moist and well crafted! Annette's personal touches and love for her craft is always evident with her display! Not impressed at all. I recently bought chocolate from here, and took it to our baking weekend to make homemade turtles. I've been making them for 25 years and have never had an issue with heating chocolate melts like this, in a Pyrex dish on a double boiler on low. Well, this chocolate never got past the point of a peanut butter consistency. I let it cool and put it back in the bag to take back to this business. Annette herself came out and told me I did something to cause it to seize. I explained that I didn't, because I know how to melt chocolate as I've been doing it for 25 years. My mom for 35-40. We know how to work with chocolate. She wanted to demonstrate how to melt it for me (again, already know how, there is not time to stop and microwave small amounts of chocolate for 30 seconds and then stand there stirring it in a cup every few mins when you're mass producing homemade turtles. I acknowledged that she was able to melt it that way, but explained I was displeased with the product and wanted a refund. She smirked at me!! She stated she could never provide a refund as the health department wouldn't allow product to be returned to the store. Nobody said anything about returning it, throw it away!! I would hope to God she wouldn't resell it to someone! I'll throw it away, I'll whip it out into the field next to your business. I don't want it because it's not good product. I just asked for a refund so I could go buy some good chocolate to use. She is obviously not worried about making sure her customers are happy, because she wasn't worried about losing me as a customer. I will NEVER go back to this business. And I will let anyone who asks me to not use their business and why. Terrible customer service. Terrible first impression. This was my 1st and last time using them.

Wanted to get a custom cake and they basically tried to charge me $100 for a basic small cake and a fake/inedible topper. -.-I'm sure their cakes are good though, I just felt like they were trying to upcharge me.

This is my third year ordering from this shop... For my son, who lives in Orlando. Somehow, I forgot And literally called them two days before the day I needed the cake. As always, they came through for me... They even delivered his cake before 9 AM! I highly recommend this shop... According to my son... The cakes are delicious... But they also do a beautiful job decorating.

Annette's make some delicious and beautiful cakes She been making my birthday cakes and family cakes since 2014. She never disappoints. Me and my whole family and who ever gets a pice of the cakes she makes for me loves it. Annette is a nice person and her husband is just a sweet heart. The cakes are just delicious..

I am very disappointed in their service. Initially I was recommended this place by a fellow baker. I was told that they sell quality chocolate and was recommended the Guittard melting chocolate. As a baker I am always searching for quality products and decided to shop at their store. I bought my items online and for them to be shipped to Puerto Rico. I live in the city of Bayamon and wrote my address correctly for the shipping label. Once I received the tracking information, I noticed that my address had been updated. It showed that the delivery would be made to the city of San Juan. I wrote an e-mail requesting information as to why my address had been changed. Because this meant that my package would never arrive. I received the following response " That was an address that in the process that USPS recommended." It angered me that my address had been updated whitout asking the customer to verify if it was correct. Because it was updated to a completely different city and zip code. I am adding the picture of the response on the review. Moreover, I was told that if the package arrived they would reship it. However, how can I trust the quality of the melting chocolate after that ordeal of being sent back and back to me once more. I am extremely displeased in their customer service. I do not reccomend their shipping services to anyone.

I called Annette's the morning of a baby shower after the original baker "forgot" our order. I had just planned to pick up a plain cake, when they offered to make something for our event within a couple of hours. I sent a quick picture and within two hours they had a beautiful cake ready for us. Not only did everyone compliment how awesome the cake looked but it was equally delicious. Rich, moist, and delightful! From now on, this is my go to spot. Thanks again to David and Annette for accommodating on the short notice and great customer service!

A male employee was unkind and showed the upmost disrespect. If I can rate no stars. My brother and I wanted to bake a cake for our mother and this place caught our eye. We walked in and walked right on out.
