WHAT A LOVELY DINNER!Talk about a tasty dinner that you won't be able to find @ WDW, just walk over from Boardwalk/Swan & Dolphin to the Swan Reserve!Lovely space with great service, they start you off with their fresh bread with Olive Oil & Hummus .. .. yum .. ..I started with the LAMB KAFTKA that came atop a savory peppery base! And, you have to try their AMARE FLATBREAD and this might have been the best, fresh pizza ever! The Swan Reserve is not cheap but greatness comes at a bit of a price!

My friend and I had never gone to this restaurant before and wanted to give them a try during Magical Dining Week. I booked a reservation via OpenTable and the restaurant called me to confirm. (I accidentally booked lunch and Magical Dining was only during dinner. The team was wonderful and moved me to 5 PM when the restaurant reopens for dinner.) It is located in the Swan Reserve, which is the newer building for the resort. I would suggest parking by the Swan Reserve building. We made the mistake of parking by the original Swan building and while the restaurant did offer validation, the machine didn't register the validation. (Lesson learned for the future!)Because we went for Magical Dining, the menu had a few options for your appetizer, main, and dessert. My friend tried the bruschetta liked it. I went with the trio of dips and fresh bread. They brought complimentary to the table a sesame crusted bread with olive oil and an olive tapenade for us to enjoy as well. I'm not usually an olive fan but the tapenade was balanced in flavor. The dips were delicious - I would say the garlic one I tried was maybe a little too punchy for me, but it was wonderful trying them. My main was the chicken. Chicken was cooked very well and I loved the harissa seasoning. The pasta noodles were a bit off for me, but the presentation was beautifully done. My friend and I both enjoyed the chocolate dessert, which was light and flavorful. This restaurant has stunning presentation when it comes to plating and the quality of the ingredients were very clear in taste. This is on the pricier side normally, so I suggest coming when you have a special occasion.

First, our server Ryan was great. We went for magical dining and it did not disappoint. As locals I'm shocked I've never been! This hotel is new-ish but I had never been in! The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. The open kitchen added to the vibe, and not one thing on our table was bad. If I had to give any feedback, it's that my father had some pretty needy food allergies and much of what he can eat is plain meats/fish and they pre-prep a lot so most of it was already seasoned which made it hard for him to order. They were really great about asking and trying to accurate but in the end they didn't have more than 2 items he could eat.

We dined here late one night and the service was impeccable. One guest in our party has a gluten allergy and the kitchen and servers were both careful and considerate, bringing a completely separate bread option and butter to not cross contaminate. Another guest ordered an espresso martini which I sampled and it was one of the best I had in 2024. I ordered the seabass entree and the presentation, taste, and serving size were outstanding. Our waiter opened the parchment bag tableside and rolled the cut away with ease. The training for this team is exemplary. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful Mediterranean style with upscale touches. I will say there needs to be some more signage to find the restaurant from the escalators. I would absolutely dine here again.

We came here after visiting animal kingdom at night. We ordered so many different dishes and we finished them all. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was very helpful and also takes us good pictures. Restaurant is quiet and open kitchen makes the environment super unique.

Amare is the main restaurant inside the Disney Swan Reserve Hotel. I believe it's on the same level as the lobby which is the 3rd floor. If you go inside and take the escalator, you will go left towards the elevators and then keep going and you will see Amare. It's a little bit hidden. The interior of the place is nicely decorated and has a very high end fancy feel. It has a very neutral color tone and it's just a nice place to be.Service here is really good. Our server checked up on us often, made sure we enjoyed our food, and refilled our water constantly. It was a very hot and humid time when I was in Florida due to Hurricane Debby so having lots of water was great. Our server was very energetic, provided recommendations since it was our first time here, and he gave us some insight of Florida as well. The food here is pretty good, it comes out quickly and hot. The calamari tasted delicious and it had two sauces, the grilled octopus was one of the best I've ever had, the meatballs were just okay. They tasted like meatloaf more than meatballs and had the soft consistency of meatloaf. The vegetable pasta I got was good, not a huge fan of the noodles since it was really thick. The chicken was cooked nicely and seasoned well. Wasn't dry either.Overall this place is great. I really enjoyed the service and the staff here. Food was good. I recommend trying this place out if you are staying in the Swan/Dolphin/Reserve area.

Was in the area and was very excited to come here for magical dining (still going on until the end of this month!)The complimentary bread was a good start and came with hummus and olives.Ordered from the magical dining menu and ended up getting the Mediterranean dips, the romesco chicken, and the Greek yogurt cheesecake. The Mediterranean dips were great and had a good variety of yogurt, mint Chermoula, and red pepper! Loved all of the dips, especially the red pepper dip! The pita had a nice char. 4.5/5The romesco chicken was a unique variety. It had both chicken breast, chicken thigh, and also came with a little pasta. 4/5The Greek yogurt cheesecake--I was too excited to dive in I forgot to take a picture. I loved that it wasn't too sweet and it had the light sour creaminess of Greek yogurt. Loved the blueberries. 5/5The ambience was great, service was very attentive, and I loved the food. Glad that they seemed to give full portions for magical dining (my friends' Mediterranean dips that were ordered off the normal menu were the same size) so it was definitely good value! I would totally come again next time I'm back in the area.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Amare located inside Disney's Swan Reserve hotel. My husband and I love Mediterranean food and wanted to try some place new during our little mini staycation. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the food & service were. The atmosphere definitely presents as more casual, but the cocktails, food, and service staff are very polished. My husband started with the Viola cocktail (gin, crème de violet, cucumber-lime basil elixir) which he loved so much he ended up having two. I had their Spritz de Passione 'No ABV' mocktail which was absolutely fabulous for a non-alcoholic drink. It was similar to an aperol spritz with a hint of mango and garnished with fresh berries. For our appetizer, we went with the charred octopus which was light and refreshing. We're particular about how octopus is prepared and you can tell with one bite if it's done right or not. It was meaty and tender and we really enjoyed the added texture from the crispy potato shards and the pistachio gremolata. They also give you complimentary bread service and hummus for the table. For our main dishes, my husband ordered the Romesco Chicken and I got the Grilled Beef Souvlaki. Both were very generous portions with more than enough food. If you're really hungry, the souvlaki is huge and you have a choice of beef or chicken skewers. I will say that the beef could have been a bit more tender and more seasoned. My husband really enjoyed the red pepper romesco sauce on his chicken dish, though we both agreed the presentation could have been better. There's a lot happening on this plate. We were celebrating my husband's birthday that weekend, so they surprised us with a dessert which was definitely a highlight. You do not want to miss their Greek Yogurt Cheesecake. It was probably one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had and ended the meal on a perfectly sweet note!

We were late in making a dinner reservation and this was the only place available. Normally a sign of trouble. But having had a lot of Greek food I decided it probably was because people in Orlando maybe don't get a lot of exposure. So we went. It was wonderful! My wife and I don't have the biggest appetite so we shared Lamb Kofta and then the Swordfish Chermoula. Our waiter Luis, did not lead us wrong! We love swordfish but are always afraid to order it out. Luis told us that the only time he eats it now is at the restaurant!! Surprisingly he brought out 2 cannolis as well as 2 orangechellos on the house. Funny, the day before I had suggested getting a cannoli to my wife and she asked why, I hate them. Well I guess she never had a good cannoli. Thanks for helping me convert her Luis!!
