Al's Pizza and Wings

This place is located in the industrial part of town and as such you could drive right by it and not even notice. The outside is very plain looking. The inside isn't much better. It's very industrial looking and not very warm and friendly. But... BUT, the pizza is pretty darn good and reasonably priced. Because of others recommendation I ordered the Lasagna Pizza, and was impressed. I'll be completely honest here... the crust has nice flavor but it is a little tough, but that's ok, and I'll explain later. The pizza itself has a nice sauce, a generous amount of meat and cheese and beautiful patches of ricotta cheese. When I first picked up this pizza I was very excited to try it. After all, it looked magnificent. The flavors fell short though. Everything is there, it just doesn't pop in your mouth... well, at least not at first.Let it sit for a couple of hours and things change. The flavors start to work together instead of competing against each other. That tough crust softened slightly and hold each slice together perfectly. This pizza is a hundred times better later on than it is fresh. Not to say that fresh out of the oven is bad, not at all. But if you really want to have something to write home about, allow this pizza to breathe and become something really special!

This place wasn't bad at all ... judging by a lot of other wing places I've tried ... I had ordered the lunch special. 5 piece garlic wings and fries and it came with a drink . Around like 8 dollars I think. Not a bad deal at all BUT for the garlic wings they use real garlic Which is nice but It was kinda flavorless and the chicken was fried too hard for my liking. Other than that the service was great and the place looked pretty clean.

Man for a local pizza joint (in an area with not much) to have this extensive of a menu & be this good!!!! Seriously good garlic wings (we ordered garlic extra crispy & YUM!!!!!). Pizza made exactly as ordered. A little in the thicker side but very nice crunch & air pocket between 1st & 2nd layer; hence the extra thickness. Will DEF order again!!

Not your traditional NY style pizza, it's fluffier than that with plenty of taste! Wings are delicious and the perfect size (not the wings with steroids). The garlic knots are okay, they should let the garlic sit longer on the bread to get that taste deep into the dough. Would order from here again! Everyone was friendly when we picked up our order.

Great pizza and even better wings! Garlic knots are great too. I love that they allow you to order just flats or drums without making it an issue.

Blink and you'll miss this gem of a restaurant. All takeout and delivery, no seating but solidly delicious. Had the XL cheese pizza, boneless wings, garden salad and Caesar salad. All were good. I recommend doing the takeout because delivery was going to be over an hour and we were hungry! Next time I want to try the traditional wings. Plenty of flavors to choose from. Moderately priced and it fed 4 very hungry people for $50.

I've had delivery from here and eaten at the location itself. Everything that has been ordered is excellent. The wings, the pizza, the salad, you name it. The staff is friendly, upbeat and helpful. You can drop by and pick up just a slice of pizza and soda for lunch, or you can sit down and have a nice family meal. But no matter what you do, do not miss the garlic knots. They are soft, fresh, hot, garlicky, buttery and totally addictive!

This should have been 5 stars. Still the perfect place for a delicious slice. The margarita pizza is still the goat

The cook is arrogant. I have seen on multiple occasions customers ask how much longer food will take and he yells just give them their money back instead of being polite and giving an estimate. The place is also dirty.

I was working in the Orlando area for a month-long stay. Al's Pizza and Wings was just down the road so I was able to get take out there on several occasions. EVERYTHING I sampled was fantastic. I ordered Wings, Buffalo, Hot and Wet and they were so authentic. They totally nailed the Wing recipe that was the original place in New York. I also tried the Supreme Pizza and the Gyro. DELICIOUS!!!! I try to order a Gyro wherever i can. This might have been the best I have ever had. The tzatziki sauce was out of bounds! Great service. Friendly staff. You wont be disappointed.
