First time ever having Peruvian food was at this place and my oh my.... Everything was super flavorful and delicious. The staff was amazing; they answered all our craZy questions and really took the time to explain the items. It's been months but I can still recall the taste of the items we ordered, especially the ceviche. Portions are extra generous and if you leave this place still hungry that's -- your fault. The extra bonus is that this place is next to my favorite thrift store.Highly recommend!

Update: dropped to 3 stars because the cancha in my ceviche was BAD. As in rancid and tasted moldy. The best thing about adhesive bar is that they offer mahi-mahi ceviche. Most Peruvian Ceviche restaurants only offer either tilapia or Swai. I avoid both so I'm very pleased that they have the Mahi Mahi option even if it costs more $$$. They are also willing to make the ceviche without any milk which is a huge Plus for me because I'm allergic to Dairy. My only complaint is that they give you the most ridiculous smallest piece of sweet potato and if you ask for more they charge extra. I can't speak for the service inside the restaurant but for to go orders they are very quick and efficient getting my order to me fast and as ordered. Once home, I had to steam my own sweet potato to add to the dish. I would also prefer that they didn't add the cancha (corn nuts) to the dish when it's a to go order. By the time I get home they're soggy. Most places give them to you on the side for take out and serve the ceviche on a bed of butter or iceberg lettuce.

Aji CevicheFinally tried a favorite of the Orlando foodie page and Yelp as I was up in Casselberry for a doctor's appointment. Cute place located in a strip mall with easy parking. Very modern. I sat at the bar and had Arum as my server. He was incredibly helpful especially as it was my first time. He explained Peruvian food and all of the different ceviches. Given I had an appointment after, I didn't want to get too much or try anything really unusual for me, so I chose the house ceviche with mixed seafood. Arum was great about my allergies to a few seafood items (none were in the seafood mix). While I waited, I snacked on the fried corn snacks - yum. I also chose a made to order limeade with mint. He actually juiced it right then and there but was on my phone. It came out so fancy. I thought he brought me the wrong item lol. It was SO good. Next time I could use a little sweetener as it was quite sour, but it was delicious nonetheless. Wow - this ceviche was insane. It was a portion made for at least 2 people (I didn't finish half and I was starving). It had a fish I had never heard of that was light and tasty but meaty, calamari / octopus, shrimp, very large corn, sweet potato (weird but incredible), onions, more of the fried corn and likely some other items. The broth was also quite sour but it was expected based on what I ordered and again, incredible. I'd love to try some others next time! It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely go back next time I'm up that way - with a friend so we can share more items!

Tried Peruvian food for the first time here and got their fried calamari and Arroz con pollo they were both very delicious! Absolutely loved the rice, it had a cilantro based sauce that was very fragrant and flavorful. Also tried their drinks, forget the names but not very strong though were tasty and not too sweet. Service was efficient considering the restaurant got quite busy. Quaint little restaurant. Must try if you're in the area!

I have ordered food from this restaurant before and I usually get the ceviche but I have never said anything in regards to the amount of sweet potato they serve until now. The portion of fish is very good and well served, but the sweet potato portion is so ridiculous that this time I had to get home and make my own sweet potatoes to be able to enjoy the ceviche. If you order extra sweet potatoes they charge you for a side, but for the amount of money you pay they should accommodate with some extra if you request it. Also, the corn nuts they put on my plate tasted old and moldy and they should serve it on the side when you order to go. I will try this place one more time and I will request extra sweet potatoes and I hope they don't charge me for them.

Aji Ceviche is literal perfection every time we come. It is the absolute best Peruvian food in town! My favorite thing to do is order a couple dishes and share family style. We started with the calamari. The squid was so tender and the batter was light, hot, and crispy. It came with yucca and a delightful aioli. We shared the Classico ceviche, calle capon, and arroz sin sensura. The fish was bright, fresh, and filled with flavor. Every element worked so well together. The rice was creamy, rich, and cheesy. This is the perfect way to eat! Service is fantastic and the restaurant it beautiful and clean.

Don't walk, run! To Aji ceviche bar and Castleberry. I honestly can't believe I haven't been here before. I wasn't expecting all this goodness when I walked in to be honest. But man... The food and service here are amazing! We both ordered a Los Especiales drink. We asked and it was recommended as a one person drink. You can easily also share as it comes in a craft. Unless you want your own because it was quite refreshing and tasty. A delicious blend of fruits.!My friend ordered the causa acevichada. It's causa avocado cream, ceviche - cold, mashed potatoes, white fish lime, and avocado cream. She let me have a taste and it was amazing. Refreshing and delicious. I was starving so I went for arroz con pollo. The serving size is giant. The taste is perfection. A mixture of green rice, chicken and vegetables. This dish was simply amazing and perfect for sharing. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Such a nice quiet restaurant with great service and delicious good

Absolutely delicious Peruvian place! We tried the sampler including causa, seafood rice, ceviche and jalea. All was beautifully presented and very tasty. I was a bit disappointed with h the r kids menu of fried fish and French fries. It was a very small bowl with five thin pieces of fish. My son devoured it but was still hungry. I would opt paying for the adult me of $20 instead of $13 for five pieces of thin fish.I have not tried anything else but would definitely return for that dish again!
