If you haven't been to Adega yet, you're missing out on Orlando's best Brazilian steakhouse experience!I've been to plenty of Brazilian steakhouses, but Adega has officially taken the top spot and it doesn't matter what location you go to(Sand Lake or Kississinme). From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with exceptional service and an atmosphere that's both elegant and welcoming.Familiar Faces, One thing that stood out was seeing so many staff from the original Sand Lake location are now here. It's a testament to the consistency of their service friendly, professional, and always making sure you have an incredible meal. Also shows that they want the staff that made their brand so great to share that experience with customers at this location as well.If you go to Adega, do yourself a favor and get the full experience you won't regret it. I recently dined at the new location of Adega Gaucha in Kissimmee for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! I always love a good Brazilian restaurant. I'm not huge on steak but I like Adega Gaucha because there's a wide variety of food to choose from, the options are endless so there's a little something for everyone. If you're a vegetarian you can just choose items off of the cold/salad bar. All the salads are fresh, delicious, and plentiful. On the salad bar you obviously find salads but also fruit, vegetables, an assortment of cheeses, nuts, shrimp, salmo, bread, dips and dressings. I could get full just from the salad bar alone. There's also a hot bar where you will find black beans, rice, soup, greens, warm bread (was so delicious), and potato gratin. We haven't even gotten to the meat yet. If you get the full experience you not only get the salad bar, hot bar, but also additional hot sides are brought to your table as well as of course the meat! There are ample sides to choose from like macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, cream spinach, french fries, corn Brûlée, sautéed mushrooms, roasted brussels sprouts bacon, caramelized bananas, fried yucca, and fried polenta. Bread is also brought to the table. Now on to the meat! There's a nice selection of chicken, lamb, all cuts of beef that include sirloin, beef ribs, ribeye, tenderloin, and more. There's also pork sausage, parmesan pork. You can even order fish, shrimp and other steak. You must also try the grilled cheese and the grilled pineapple, delicious! If you don't find anything here that you like then I don't you will find it anywhere else. There are 2 Adega Gaucha locations. I have been to both and will post 2 separate reviews. This review is about the location in Kissimmee off of W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. This is the newer location. It's absolutely beautiful. This restaurant is spacious with hard wood floors without. Ample dining area and ample parking. It's kinda located off the beaten path but well worth the drive. The ambience and decor are warm, inviting, and cozy. Gives a sophisticated and modern type of vibe. Service was good. Our waiter was not overwhelming and mainly let the gauchos and food runners handle our food requests. My experience ended with an amazing dessert the Petit Gateau which was a warm chocolate lava cake served with vanilla ice cream. So delicious!! Of course the traditional birthday singing by the staff accompanied my dessert. I left stuffed and happy. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you for making my birthday so special.

Great place w/lots of tasty meat choices, especially beef ribs, picanha & even chicken hearts.Our waiter & the servers (especially Chuy) were fantastic, as they were very attentive & made sure to keep checking on us & made sure that the meats we wanted kept coming to our table.The restaurant was very spacious & was not as chaotic as some of the other Brazilian steakhouses in town.We had a great time & will definitely be back.

Had a tremendous experience! Rodger took great care of us from start to finish.....we weren't the most expensive table for him, but he treated us as if we were! The cold bar, and hot bar areas were well stocked and the food was fresh and plentiful! Meats were excellent, and the servers came by frequently with all meats. Multiple peopleChecked on us throughout to ensure that we were taken care of and had any "favorites" to request. We will be back!! The only thing I can say about the ambiance, is they should not allow children with iPads and screens at full blast as there were multiple tables throughout the restaurant like this!

What an amazing experience. Went to our Valentine's Day/ anniversary date on a Saturday at 5:30pm. I made reservations just to be safe. We were welcomed and sat down quickly. Waitress came over right away and presented our options. We chose the experience which was a an abundance of meats continuously brought to the table and all the sides we can think of lol so much food. So many options. The highlight though was our drinks. The coconut caipirinha was phenomenal. Food was flavorful and delicious. It is a lot of food so I am glad we went early. If you like to eat this place is for you. Our waitress brought a complimentary dessert. The only drawback back is that it got so busy our checks took a bit longer. We stayed talking for that added an extra 15-20 of us just sitting there. But overall I would definitely go again. So worth it . Good really was 10/10

Beautiful interior and you would not be able to tell by the exterior.Came for lunch and was seated right away. Decided to order from the menu instead of the churrasco and ordered the Picanha.We were served complimentary Brazillian Cheese bread and they were very delicious - served warm.We were informed the Picanha would be a few minutes extra and I was ok with that if its anything like the Picanha served in the churrasco sadly it was not. It was very disappointing and felt like it was another piece of NY Strip steak. The Entree was served with the Picanha was black beans, rice and Yucca Fries. For the price of the lunch entree and the disappoint of the meat I would of paid the extra to have the churrasco with a lot more meat selections along wth the hot/cold buffet available.Great ServiceSkip the Picanha and go churrasco!!!

Here for a business meeting at the Omni resort and was craving for some Brazilian churassco. This was the closest one and oh boy, this is a legit place. They just opened a month ago and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front of the house greeted us with a warm smile and all the servers were very attentive and professional. They really took good care of us. But the star of the night was the meat offerings. Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Love the simplicity of their meat and they all came to our table with fresh cuts of meat. The sides were delicious especially their lobster bisque. You guys are doing it well!! Kudos to the entire management.

Brazilian steak house @ Kissimme, Florida, we dined here on Thanksgiving day but most of meats were very dry and salty, except short ribs, filet mignon and lambs. The sides from the kitchen were all tasty and the salad bar had variety appetizers and salads. The service was ok. We should have ordered a la cart dishes.

The ambiance was okay; however, the service was absolutely horrid. Me and my mother went on a galentines date here and we were ignored for well over 30 minutes. None of our waters, appetizers, and drinks came. Our waitress came up to us and asked if we were doing good, so I complained and told them no one has served us meat, she still didn't give us our drinks or appetizers even though people who came in well after us were fully served. After this several people came to our table to serve us meat almost like a "here damn!"Message. They also kept trying to give us food even though me and my mother's indicators were flipped to "No Thanks". We finally get our WATERS and appetizers and leave maybe 30 minutes later. When I got home I also found out I got Food Poisoning as well. 1/5.

Today was our first experience at this location. My family and I go to Adega for my birthday for several years now. The meat, salad bar, & grilled pineapple are delicious! Pedro was our server and he was genuinely friendly. Next time we will ask for a bigger space to eat. I have big boys in my family lol! The ambiance is beautiful & clean.
